wake recruiting averaging in the 50s/60s and consistently being a fairly tough out blows my mind it's kind of amazing how well wake does considering their abysmal recruiting. rly makes you wonder what clawson could do at a school with much better advantages
its not a complicated model, it’s similar to Northwestern. Redshirt everyone, play old, recruit evenly to avoid roster gaps, process kids after they get their degrees if they don’t fit, develop I have no idea why more teams don’t do this
All these mediocre programs in the 30-90 range should quit their delusions of being Bama and be realistic- program building takes 5-6 years at the min
this or just go all in on transfers every year feel like it could realistically get you the same 7 to 9 win results
It’s also not easy to do- Jim Grobe did the same thing and went 42-62 in the ACC. Clawson is just a good coach. I have no idea why he’s still at Wake.
he's not going to take any job he saw the insanity at Tennessee, will be picky before leaving a good situation.
also have to have kids buy into that idea from the moment you recruit them. easier when you recruit in the range of kids WF recruits in, much more difficult when you're after blue chippers who see themselves gone in three seasons.
I hate Big Game Boomer so much. Every single time one of those things makes the rounds it boils my blood.
Shout out to JMU for breaking the model. Looks like they'd be favored in a game in Baton Rouge or Oxford.
There’s never been a sandbagging campaign like we’re about to see over the next 6 months. Bob Woodward is gonna write a book about it.
You have never seen any poster in the entire internet sandbag as hard as I will sandbag the rest of this offseason, And you'll never see someone push the rest of the fanbase as hard as I will push #North Carolina State Wolfpack the rest of this offseason. You'll never see a fanbase sandbag harder than we will the rest of the offseason. God bless
Cant be KB because he was gone before we switched to those new helmet decals and practice jerseys. No idea who it is but im going it was somewhere between Taggart era and last year.
Looks like Corey Surrency back in 2008 or whenever. Edit - guess it's Ermon. I get my WRs with dreads wearing #1 confused sometimes.
Coach Ham let’s his assistants scout, gameplay and implement in practice every third opponent. So CY (like Gates) isn’t just one thing.
You'll :feelgoodman for a while but hopefully that package comes back home when ham retires. That's gotta be soon. My man is older than your average senator
Impressive but we've got the same as you guys. Top 6 in last 20 years for Clemson 2007 - Adams #4 2014 - Watkins #4 2019 - Ferrell #4 2021 - Lawrence #1 Plus Simmons, Williams, Beasley, and Spiller were top 10.
men who go to Liberty haven't seen breasts since they stopped suckling on their mothers at age 8 so this flash worked and VT won in a walk-off tyvm get fucked Liberty.
