My friends and I made a two hour trip to an outlet mall that sold Big Dog apparel to only find out the store had closed two days before our arrival. One of the more tragic days in my life
I have no idea, I just assume the shirts were mostly sold at K-Mart/Wal Mart but they had a warehouse in Camarillo, CA until its unfortunate demise
Big dog shirts were primarily sold at Big & Tall stores that sell large men sizes, like modern DXL stores. I realize most of you didn't grow up being large men, only joined the group later in life on the "big" side, but as someone who wore XLT shirts in jr high, I know those types of stores well
We had one similar to that in our Mall. It was called “The working man’s store”. Sold big dog, carhartt, overalls, etc… and expensive-ass Cherokee scrubs I had to buy.
wore it yesterday to break it in, will likely wear it out this weekend for some birthday celebrations. please hold.
Being a 5th grader in MN in 1998, I naturally worshipped Stephon Marbury and about 80% of my lawn mowing cash went toward buying excellent And 1 apparel of the highest quality. The sole of my Starburys fell off on a fast break
I’ve told this story before but Big Johnson shirts were the holy grail when I was a kid. My father absolutely loved them and would go to the mall with us just to go read them and see if they had any new ones.
wearing my Baby Billy shirt today https://www.teepublic.com/t-shirt/73509047-uncle-baby-billy-walton-goggins
Not really related to thread but whatever. Back in the day would've paid an insane amount for those And 1 baggy shorts.
Shoutout this girl and bro for finally getting me to pull the trigger on some big dog gear. My wife is always pushing me to get cute date night shirts so you can say she's not very happy. I went with the refined classic and loved the Pawdres too much to pass up
