we lost power for about 5 minutes earlier
Do any of y’all know anyone that can do a house call for a haircut or something similar? I am still having to work everyday and be out to places..otherwise I wouldn’t care but I’m starting to look like a dipshit and was hoping to get a little trim. Thanks
We lost power from 7:30 pm Sunday night until 8:00 am Monday.
Harbert Management’s hero fund is granting a million dollars in relief to small businesses in Jefferson county. They’re still accepting applications.
So the governor is about 10 minutes away from opening up Saws this weekend. Am I going to have to drink my beer through a mask?
reading this as specifically Saw's makes me laugh
LOL drunk grandma "Of course no one will arrest you if you don't wear a mask"

Thoughts on this?
i have no confidence that businesses will provide "adequate safeguards", but am thankful we aren't quite Georgia level here.
kinda bummed that swim ran off and we don't get to see how he would've reacted to all this
it's dumb but the right wing cranks would lose their shit if she didn't reopen something in the immediate
Just be mindful of what shops you patronize.
I think my concern with this is the May 15th timeline. I’m not sure two weeks is enough to assess the safety of the looser guidelines but whatever
What retail shops are any of you itching to get to?
I'm thinking here more of office jobs that *could* be done remotely with ease, but bosses are being dicks about it
None in particular. But it is bullshit that Wal-Mart can sell you a shitty golf shirt, but Mobley & Sons can't.
Seems like 90% of retail has been open anyway.
And they say white people don't face persecution!
You’re having a good posting day
All I needed was 7 weeks of sitting inside to really find my form.
Don’t let being able to buy polos at Mobley and Son’s get you sloppy
You two obviously haven't seen the Peter Millar spring line.
The people need their Performance Pastels.
This post tastes like a transfusion in a giant styrofoam cup
I’ve been shocked at the outrage towards the masks. It would be a lot easier to wear an old t shirt when you go into a business than it is to blabber on about unconstitutionality.
Marshall sucks and is doing for this for the publicity. I haven't looked into the constitutionality, but if it were clearly unconstitutional then you'd think Marshall would cite some legal authority in his letter. Instead, he uses an example of someone being fined/arrested while alone in a building... after he asks Woodfin to have law enforcement exercise restraint
I feel like all of our AGs have been massive pieces of shit with very punchable faces
I feel like in 2020 you have to presume that officials elected statewide in Alabama suck and are massive pieces of shit unless they somehow prove otherwise. AGs are elected at the state level, so...
I find myself comparing and judging restaurants now on their takeout/curbside service.
I can say that my East West and Satterfield’s experiences were damn near flawless.
Back 40 was really easy too.
Well I regret looking at the yelp photos of Church Street Books
page 2, bottom right corner (for me at least)
edit: I'm on desktop, not mobile. It's pic #60.
HOLY FUCK LOL what in the world
For their sake, I hope they get that taken down before hoards of Mtn Brook moms storm Crestline Village.
I don’t know, it’s a decent picture of you
Hardly. Don't even get to see my rod.
Awesome that I just clicked on that from my work computer. NSFW that shit.
