If you were an emo kid in the 2000’s, you’ll probably dig the Prince Daddy and the Hyena release. Have liked the singles.
it hurts in that it’s sad or it hurts in that it’s a weird mishmash of two songs that results in one not so good song
It made me sad. Hit me in the feels this morning. Dad is dying in the hospital so not really the same subject but yeah
feel that. for some reason one of the new night moves songs hits me in the feels too even though it’s not a sad song
As someone who has had a green hoody for a few years now, I was expecting to finally say this was the record I'd move past them But damn, this is unreal. It's a warm blanket. Same band I've always loved with so many new edges and sounds I've really slowed down my consumption of new music but this album is making me love new music again
My new kops today: Fontaines The Lazy Eyes Taj Mahal/Ry Cooder King Gizzard Psychedelic Porn Crumpets
legitimately cracking up at this king gizzard album, currently on a 3 track run of: piano/bass driven jazzy number chuga chug metal with their version of "harsh vocals" something that sounds straight out of a 90's r&b album I love these psychos
