I loved it. Hell. I can give you mine. I turned it on, and I hadn't played in a few years. It's probably ok to let it go.
It's that old? Didn't even realize it. I've only had the 2ds for a few months. But yes will pay shipping if you're looking to do so. Or can trade another old game? Ps4 or 360?
So is anyone getting anything other than BotW at launch? I'm gonna download Snipperclips and may pick up Arms, depending on reviews.
For Sure: Zelda, Mario Kart, Splatoon, Super Mario, and Street Fighter Possibly: Super Bomberman R, Sonic, FIFA/NBA2K
After looking around, it looks to be about 3x the size of Skyrim, which is massive. http://www.zeldainformer.com/breath-of-the-wild-map-size-comparison-shows-larger-world-than-skyrim/
I really hope it utilizes space better than Skyrim. There's supposed to be a ton of dungeons in this.
Me neither but 7 year old loves Mario stuff and is pumped for it. Could be something we do together and be a cool memory for him
My toddler loves watching me play Mario Kart and Mario. Even though I doubt that this system will see more docking time than portable time, it's nice to have the option.
I really want a commercial showing the viability of switching from playing on the couch to taking it in the bathroom with you. I'm laughing at the idea of my wife seeing my car in the driveway but the Switch not in its dock. I'm prepared for the hemorrhoids.
4 more Fridays, friends. Looks like online is gonna land in the $25-30 / yr range. I still want to know if this thing can handle bluetooth headphones. Not that it's a deal breaker. Would just be nice to have everything disconnected from each other. Really looking forward to laying down like a sack of shit with my arms by my sides and playing games.
FYI, GameStop is also accepting preorders for pro controllers, although they may be full up by now. My store had 14 which is more than usual.
A Neogaf user somehow got his hands on one 2 weeks early. Here's his quick walk through of the UI. Those sound effects are just so damn satisfying.
Dude that leaked the UI that I posted didn't have a retailer accidentally ship it early. He knowingly bought a stolen device. Had a Nintendo rep confiscate it and, in fact, several devices were stolen from retailer warehouses. A bunch of people got terminated for it, but Nintendo obviously won't say which retailer it is.
The NDA is super confusing. 8 days out and the hardware preview embargo has lifted. So basically, all we get to see today is the console and accessories. There's still a hardware review day and different embargoes on every game. Sigh.
well the one chick with bangs in post #22 has friends but she insists on bringing her nintendo to hangout with them on the roof drinking party. tell that ho to stay at home with that bullshit
if it's not a busy area, probably. if you live in an empty area, you might be able to get in line early.
The GameStop I was in today said they'd get like 3-5 that weren't available for preorder. My assumption is you'll have to camp out early the day before for midnight openings.
Target and Toys R Us didn't take in store preorders or offer a ship to store option for online preorders so 100% of their stock on hand Friday will be first-come, first-serve.
Very excited for all y'all getting the Switch tomorrow, can't wait to hear how you like it. Early reviews on the system itself seem to be mixed, "Jack of all trades, master of none" type stuff, don't think that's a surprise. Have a feeling Nintendo will add some things over the first year that will help a lot. Maybe come to their senses on the online stuff too.
