Zelda and Odyssey are must owns for the system, but they aren’t multi-player. If you want pure multi-player for everyone to play, then Party, Kart, Smash, and Splatoon.

I'm on the fence. I loved Pokemon red and blue when I was younger. I was hooked on Go for about a week when it came out.

Should I buy this game?

 

It depends on if you want a casual experience or a more hardcore Pokemon game. The hardcore Red/Blue sort of game is coming next year.

Has there been by word on Metroid for the Switch? There was that’s teaser at E3, and I haven’t seen anything since.

 

Nope, hopefully something new about that at the next E3 or a direct in the coming months

 

Remote possibility that it’s a 2019 title. They could drop a bombshell on us at E3 next year and have it ready to go by November/December like they did to us with Smash.

I’m not aware of any Q4 major releases next year. The calendar just has a lot of vague entries; Animal Crossing, Pokémon, Metroid

 

My long national nightmare as a PS4 owner is over. Traded it in for Pokemon, Diablo, and Civ VI

Been playing mario/rabbids. When i initially played it i put it down pretty quickly because it seemed too easy. It still seems really easy but eventually go a littlw better. I will continue to play it but anytime i fire it up i think "why not play disgaea 5 instead". Will probably switch (pun not intended) soon.

 

Some esports game on TBS had an hour long smash tournament tonight. I think “my kid” might be getting a switch for Xmas.

 

Caved in and bought it. First free weekend in a while, plus today's slate of games looks meh. Pretty excited.

The paternity is absolutely in question so you shouldn’t feel dumb about that. I question any “man”’s ability to inseminate a woman if they don’t already have Smash Ultimate downloaded and ready to go.
