Great shot, also really love the general fuckery of this squad. I think they are just the right amount of cunt, much like Arse and gunnerblog have been calling for. However I don’t think we are too provoking in that we aren’t Sp*rs level. Seems to come out at just the right time.
I'm happy with being cunts but can't support diving. Not sure what happened with Xhaka, was so used to Huddersfield fouling everything that moved that assumed the yellow was on them and didn't really look at it. Mustafi's was a foul/dive, that was whatever. Guendouzi was full on Dele and disgusting. Didn't think the ref was all that bad(despite having the hairiest arms the world has seen), the linesman making that decision was the biggest error by far. He got most decisions right, game was out of control because of the teams mostly. He had little choice in a lot of the decisions.
Don’t think this match was indicative of how we typically play. Huddersfield were mugging it up all match by design.
Chelsea is our bigger competition this year but at least City isn't going unbeaten and at least we didn't get to the point where the media talks about them doing it. *assuming Chelsea holds on*
The ref was absolutely atrocious. I agree with you on the diving and guen. Mustafi clearly had contact, and I’d much rather him go down there than play through. Also, not sure if you saw the Laca “offsides” goal. PEA “offsides” with the pillow foot touch would have likely netted one as well. All in all, shit game through the middle. Not saying to kill them all, just that we know and have seen them better.
Think Mustafi's was one of those that is a foul that's never called so he exaggerated big time and of course looked stupid doing it because he's Mustafi. As I said, thought the linesman was the biggest problem. No ref ever overrules their linesmen on offside in that spot.
