It's fantastic, but different than the network shows. I put it up there with a number of shows mentioned in here. For various reasons, I put it very slightly belowe Seinfeld, Parks, 30 rock, etc.

 

Fav parks and rec minor character is perd. hutz is probably my favorite as well but close second is troy mcclure.

i think that episode is best remembered for the short films--which are fantastic--but a lot of those scenes with jay the critic are super clunky, which to me sorta justifies groening's position.

i forgot that the guy who plays sewage joe was the production assistant helping out jason segel's character in forgetting sarah marshall until i rewatched it the other day. he's just hilarious.
