Fogo is never really bad, but it's never really amazing. I've only eaten there when someone else was paying and can't say I've ever had a bad experience.

How was it, what did you get?

 

It was fantastic. We got oysters and escargot to start, and split the porterhouse for 3 and the cote d bouef for our entree between 6 of us. Oscar frites, mushrooms, asparagus, and cacio e pepe as sides. Exceeded my very high expectations.

 

Just two of us.. Would you do porterhouse or cote de bouef?

 

I preferred the porterhouse, but you won’t regret either.

I ate at KR Steak Bar on Saturday. It was really good. But damn, idk if it is b/c of Peachtree Hills location or what, but damn the median age there was probably like 65

Woods Chapel BBQ was phenomenal last night minus all the kids running screaming in that patio area. Feel like it’s underrated in the BBQ discussions.

 

Yeah it’s very good. Great place to take my kids too so they can scream in your face.

 

Thinking about grabbing Heirloom Market for lunch tomorrow

 

Never try woods chapel. May get that next time I go to the zoo. Had a breakfast sandwich from hero donuts the other day, it was outstanding. Lot of good options in Summerhill.
