Couldn't agree more. I think the Dolan's are starting to see that when you pay big money for quality players it comes back 10X.
There is absolutely no way in hell that should have been a double. That beautiful bastard caught Cain completely by surprise.
Super long, but a great article if you have a couple minutes to kill. http://www.espn.com/espn/feature/st...s-clubhouse-their-historic-22-game-win-streak
It's time for the 2017 Cleveland Indians to be introduced to the one and only 1884 Providence Grays. They share some unlikely history. The two teams, which played a mere 141 years apart, are the only two clubs to have ever won 27 out of 28 games. The Grays ended up winning 28 of 29, leaving the Indians one game shy of matching the record. http://www.espn.com/mlb/recap?gameId=370921103
Man accused of grinding on woman at Progressive Field after Indians game Updated on Sep 19, 2017 at 04:59 PM EDT Wayne Harris (Cleveland City Jail) By Adam Ferrise, cleveland.com CLEVELAND, Ohio -- An East Cleveland man is accused of grinding on an unassuming woman at Progressive Field while the two watched the live postgame show broadcast from the stadium, according to police. Wayne Harris, 47, is charged with sexual imposition. He was released from the city jail Tuesday on a personal bond. The incident happened about 4:20 p.m. Sunday after the Indians' 3-2 win over the Royals. A 37-year-old Elyria woman told police that she walked behind the desk where Sports Time Ohio broadcasts the post-game show live, according to police reports. Harris stood behind her and inched his way up until he was directly behind her, according to police reports. Harris then rubbed his groin on her backside, police reports say. A friend standing next to the 37-year-old woman yelled at Harris, who walked away, police reports say. A man tracked down a police officer working security at the game. The officer found Harris and arrested him, police reports say.
Encarnacion really coming on at the right time. Would be great to finish with a sweep this weekend and lock up home field for the AL playoffs.
Chance to lock down home field throughout the playoffs today, plus Kluber's chance to make a big final push for the Cy Young after Sale gave up 5 runs
Stealing a win after Kluber got shelled like that, wow. Hoping EE's injury isn't as bad as it looked.
