Just a word of caution on KTOV. If you have a lot of money in it or already more than doubled up, it may not be a bad idea to scale down now.

I will give him credit bc he called the first offering but anyone that has been following the stock should have known it would rebound. The offering was at 0.90, a stock doesn't crater with that kind of offering. The announcement that has led to all of this buzz still hasn't even happened.
