Astro Bot added a new galaxy. Right now only one relatively hard world to do for 1 bot but there's 4 more worlds that look like they'll eventually be playable.
So many n64 games still hold up today. It’s still for retro graphics but just cartoony enough to not feel like it’s something you’d compare to modern consoles. like wave race is still an incredible game
We’ve briefly talked about it in a thread on the video game board but I plan on starting a TMB society. It’s crossplay so we can invited Xbox brahs too
I created a society on PGA 2K25 if anyone is interested. Copying and pasting a post from the video game board I made. I’m on PS5 and it's crossplay. I created a society titled “The-Mainboard” and made it private. I have no idea how this is supposed to work. Feel like there should be a way that I can give everyone a password or something but I’m not seeing it. Juggsian research says you need to search for it and I accept your request. I can add admins to make it easier as well.
Didn't they close the division that did the 1+2 remake? I'd be curious if this is Underground or 3+4. I really hopes it's the latter.
damn six months to go from full price to PS Plus Edit - didn't realize it had been that long, still, only 6 months is brutal for a title with that lineage
And no plans for DLC, right? So it isn't going to drive any sales for them. What a flop. I've enjoyed my time with it, but I'm not a DA lore guy.
I think it's probably dead for good unless EA has a complete overhaul of upper management. My guess is Mass Effect will be the last game Bioware ever makes. It will flop and they'll get shut down afterwards.
All of the talent that made Bioware good is working on Exodus. Which seems to have a ton of Mass Effect DNA.
This mean these games are just free for a month if you have PS+ or from now on? I noticed I got Last of Us Part 1 for free with PS+, but still had to pay for Part II and trying to figure out when I am wasting money or not.
They are available to add to your library for free for a month. They will remain yours until you cancel ps+ at which point you lost that license. even if you don’t have space or aren’t going to play yet, there’s no cost to just adding them to your library if you think you might want to check it out at some point
Either Week 1 or like 5 to 6 months later for me these days. Learned my lesson and I have too much of a backlog already.
To add onto this, they stay in your library even if you drop PS+. They remain unplayable until you reactivate PS+. At least that's my understanding, but I haven't cancelled before
That makes sense. If you drop ps+ it’s not like it will suddenly erase you hard drive. But when you try to play the game you’ll probably get an error when the system tries to check PS+ servers for permission to play.
is dragon age veilguard gameplay good at least? most the complaints I've seen are regarding a really dumb story and horrific voice acting
What's the best way to shut off your PS5 and when do you put it into rest mode? Ive started mine back up a few times and it says it wasnt shut down properly the last time or some shit. Do you just go to the home screen on whatever game you are planning and then shut down?
I always put it in rest mode. But sometimes if the power flicks off while it's in rest mode it will say it wasn't shut down properly. I've never had any issues arise from that though.
I never turn mine off, only rest mode. It just means there was a power outage when you see that message, but unless it was actively installing/saving something it shouldn’t affect anything.
I've never downloaded a PS+ monthly game bc I only play a few sports titles but going to give that Sonic a try with the kiddo.
Enjoying the new dynasty warriors. Feels like the old. Satisfying on the pro so many enemies at one time
You’re missing out. Especially if it was a game that you were interested in but forgot about down the line.
Ehh I didn't miss anything, personally. I only play sports titles. 2k, ncaa, the show. That's it. I'm only branching out now bc my kid is getting into games.
