I wasn't really feeling the No Man's Sky hype, but yesterday I was looking at some coverage, watching videos, and now I am *bartscottcantwait* for that game. Can't get here soon enough.
Anyone playing Battlefront multiplayer? I feel like some of the people who are are using cheats. I hit someone 4 times with the heavy blaster and they keep on trucking but they kill me with one shot from an E11.
That first holiday sale was great, last two not so much. Too bad I was broke as shit then and missed out on everything.
Arkham Knight Black Ops 3 AC: Syndicate or Black Flag (if you never played it) Mortal Kombat MGS5: Phantom Pain
I downloaded War Thunder and played a few games, fun action but I'll be damned if I can make heads or tails over the menus and options and shit. I know I will get more used to it eventually but it could be very offputting to a newbie.
It was hard for me to get used to, but I figured it out eventually. You're right though, the user interface is certainly overwhelming and the use of the touchpad is frustrating at times. I enjoy the game though and have been working my way up the German side with their Stuka dive bombers and the BF109's.
yeah, i liked the assault plane tutorial so i am trying to work my way into one of those. Have you done any of the tank missions yet?
Unless you are into COD online play, I would suggest MGS5 first, AC Black Flag or Syndicate second, in terms of value and length of play time. Also, if you are the least bit into the Dark Souls/Demon Souls type games, get Bloodborne, you will thank me later. Its a little more action oriented than the Souls games, still hard as a bitch, incredibly spooky and atmospheric. And only $37 on Amazon right now.
I still haven't found a game that has drawn my attention away from Destiny for more than a couple of weeks. Would be pretty fucking sweet if I could find one. FF15 will do it but that's not quite out yet.
The digital version is on flash sale through PSN right now for $25. If you're interested, and have time, that's not a bad price to give it a shot
I saw that which prompted me to ask. Still wrapped up in fallout so I don't need W3 yet but if I'm going to get it anyway, might as well grab it now.
Amazon Prime now discounting like every preorder 20%....so i just cancelled my Uncharted 4, then readded it to my cart and it shows $50. So now my UC4 preorder is just $50 including shipping. If you have any active preorders, cancel them and then add the game to your cart. The discount is automatic.
Good heads-up man, I found out this morning when I got an email about LEGO Avengers that I pre-ordered for Half Knight for his birthday. Strong move by Amazon to get that pre-order business out of the stores.
yea and then i later found out this is a permanent Prime benefit. And you can still get 20% up to 2 weeks after release. Just no reason to go to a game store for me now.
What games are y'all planning to get in 2016? Uncharted 4 and No Man's Sky are definite Day 1 buys. If there are midnight releases for NMS I will be there, just so I have a shot at discovering lots of shit and naming it whatever I want. Horizon Zero Dawn is highly likely as well. Firewatch will probably happen too. I have so little time to game that I will never make it through the games I have before the new ones come out, but what the hell.
I dont have any first day buys as of now, but idk whats coming out really. No mans sky and Horizon zero dawn could be day ones but i'll need more info than theres out there as of now. the division has my interest, but its obisoft so i'll wait and see.
No Man's Sky, The Division, The Witness (probably Gamefly that one) , The Last Guardian , Horizon Zero Dawn
Uncharted is my main current day 1. I have a preorder for tomb raider assuming they release in 2016 as they said.
