Bought. I don't have any multiplayer games yet, or at least I have several single player modes I must work through first. I imagine I can get this and then just hold it until I'm ready to sign up for PS+ for the first time in a month or two.

Some solid black Friday sales on PlayStation store. Picked up Diablo eternal collection for $20 and Batman return to arkham for $5

 

Return to Arkham is so sweet

I could play Arkham Asylum over and over

 

Is the return to arkham upgrade significant? I've read that it really wasnt much of an upgrade

 

I have $35 in the store. Recommend some games to me. The Forest looks intriguing as fuck, Wolfenstein, so many decisions

 

God of War is 22 bucks if you havent got that get it

Finally broke down and bought a Vita off Ebay. Looking forward to the nostalgia playing a ton of ps1 games and a bunch I never played.
Loving the cross-buy feature I never had a reason to use before, already have 6 or 7 games I can play on it when it gets here, hopefully tomorrow.

 

So I'm probably just stupid but I can't figure out why my headphones aren't working as intended with the dualshock controller. I have these boys () plugged in and it just isn't acting right. The mic I believe isn't doing shit, and if I remember, I was only getting sound through half? Idk, am I just supposed to do something specific in settings to get these right? I've had Xbox forever and that required an adapter, does this? Thanks in advance.

 

You need a USB adapter. It’s a lot different running it through the controller, mainly you can’t hear your own voice

 

Just run it through the usb port on the the front of the PS4 using the USB connector that came with it.

 

I have to sit within headphone cable length of the console?

 

With my headset I can hear if I plug through the controller but I can't talk. The Mic only works when I have the usb adapter in.

 

A(n) USB adapter plugged into the console itself or into the bottom of the controller? I see this "ext" jack but that isn't USB of course.

 

Still not working for me.

and I'm about 15 hours into Horizon Zero Dawn

any suggestions? Already have God of War but would definitely like to branch out from the RPG's.
