picked up a sixer of hopslam at my local whole foods #blessedmidwest also found a hopslam from last year in my beer fridge. drinking it now and not near as malty as i feared it would be

They had multiple six packs (limit 1) at Hy-Vee on 180th and Pacific this afternoon. First time trying it tonight. It is great.

It used to be my favorite beer and is still way up there for me. I was disappointed when I stopped by today expecting to pick up a couple six packs and was told it isn't available until Monday. They did say they have 100 cases coming in so it will last a while.
was all over the local Kroger today. passed it up in favor of a delicious double IPA from Orpheus Brewing called Truth Body Soul feels good man

it's really nice. one of the main reasons I bought it there is that it's around $14-16 per six pack, but that Kroger has it for $10 you've probably had Transmigration of Souls DIPA. this one is not as strong, but definitely the hoppiest they've made. tons of Galaxy and Huell Melon hops

Walked into my ABC this afternoon looking for Hi-Res. Walked out with that, Tart Cherry WnB and Vanilla Hazelnut Marshall Zhukov. I about fell over when I saw the Marshall, had no idea they were distro'ing it. Bottle of Marshall Zhukov: $24.00 Scratching off another beer bucket list item: Priceless Edit: No Hopslam though, will have to watch the Twitter, they said early February so we will see how close they come to it.
For the most part, omaha gets stuff a week or so before lincoln, however, for whatever reason boulevard and a few other end up in Lincoln first.
Was in chicago past weekend - couldn't make it to Half Acre due to some other unplanned meal outings so had some brews at bars around. Against all the hype in the thread about Daisy Cutter, i felt it was .. average (had it on draft & can) .. Same with Surly Furious. All the 3 Floyds beers I had were great tho.
yeah, i knew it was expensive but you never see special cigar city stuff at my ABC so I figured what the hell. Beer was fantastic.

Yeah its called 8th wonder, and it has been around for probably 5-6 years but didnt really blow up until maybe 2-3 years ago. They have a real cool brewery downtown inbetween Minute Maid park and the Dynamo stadium so its a great place to go before games. All of their beer is houston/houston sports themed and its pretty good, though maybe not as good as Saint Arnolds or Karbach. You might be able to snag a glass off their website but if not im sure they have them at the brewery, I just cant seem to remember how I came into possession of mine
Hopslam drinkers- how does a guy in a non-bells distributed state get their hands on some? Always wanted to try, but being in Texas has always been an issue
Shit dude that is super cheap. I just bought a case through my distributor and even at wholesale I paid $200 for 12 bottles.
Grew up in Katy and parents are still there, may need to try to snag one of those next time I'm in town

Picked up two more HopSlam sixers. Cracked my first one open last night, the flavor was a little different than expected but after a couple sips I'm a fan. 10% too always a good thing.
Had a couple on tap last night. I feel like Hopslam is soooooo 2007, could barely stop from vomiting.
