It was pretty good. Bottle Logic is damn good at dialing in the flavors of what they are going for. It legit tasted like I was drinking banana bread.
Their stouts are incredible. I've never been blown away by any of their other offerings but the stouts are absolutely on point.
Yeah they are usually always good. I have a 17, 18, and 19 Fundamental Observation that I want to do a vertical with some friends after Covid.
Not a big fan of cake in general but I love cake batter ice cream and cake flavored imperial stout also fucks.
Just snagged a Celestial summer solstice Berliner Weisse mixed 4 pack, just released. Has the following: - Raspberry Coconut Berliner - Pomegranate Berliner - Lemon lime Berliner - Blood orange vanilla Berliner
Going to be staying at a house on Lake Oconee for a week after the 4th. I realize how close I am to Athens. What are beers I need to get? Are breweries open for pickup?
Bot playing but it’s in Reynolds lake iirc well yeah, but what specifically? Tropicalia is a no brainer what is everyone’s thoughts on terrapin? I’ve enjoyed some of their stuff but realize who owns them also looks like there’s a brewery I Greensboro up the road
Any of you fine gentleman ever fuck with Untitled Arts out of Wisconsin? They have made some ridiculous stuff over the past year and have a relatively large distribution chain (am many pages behind so I apologize if this has been covered)
that was pretty good. Having the chocolate lava cake stout now and have the guava orange milkshake sour in the fridge. Never had anything from them I was unimpressed with.
Automatic, CC's pale ale, is fantastic and now a year round offering. Athena and any variants you may be able to find are wonderful berliners. I'm sure they have a decent selection of bottles available at the brewery. Idk what the rules are there right now. Last I heard, they had a drive thru setup to pick up beer, but you may be able to walk in now. Don't waste your money on Terrapin. Just get twice as much CC.
I had heard of them once before on the Rates and Barrels podcast (fantasy baseball and beer on The Athletic) and I am a bit confused about what exactly they do. Do they just collaborate with breweries in making a beer and the can/bottle art? I kinda want the CBD sparkling water on their website too
Ordered a couple of things from Craft Shack a couple months back. Had one decent sour and one really bad one. Tangerine Milkshake IPA was the bad one
Anyone that wants to buy some beer or swag can PM for further discussion or stop by the tap room if youre near Bradenton FL.

For any baseball fans in here (really just beer band but from a baseball writer who also writes about beer)
how’d you get it? Was it from this most recent batch released this week? I say this based off of your fan of, i have no idea of where you actually live
He has slept with every head brewer from California to Maine. He told me VTA was an “unenthusiastic lover.”
I can attest to Spindletap in Houston. They put out hazy ipas like crazy and I have had almost all of them. The majority are fantastic. Also, that is a perfect description of Brash brewing. Their owner used to own the Petrol Station in Houston and it won Stone’s most bitter bar in America like 4 times. Their brewery is cool, but you have to love death metal to be able to handle it for more than an hour or so.
Spindletap is great. Not sure if they did Dallas or Arlington for the rangers. If Dallas, it’s celestial. If it’s the area, it’s either celestial or turning point.
https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/22150/430209/ Tried this tonight, and was a big fan. Wish I bought more than one 16oz can.
