    Had a rye IPA from Belching Beaver Brewing from north county San Diego tonight - really good. I don't typically live that style, but this was more Nelson-like.

    Now drinking a bell's java stout that I shipped home to myself.

    The host in the video is a bit of a homo, but this is a great brewery outside of Madison. Most popular beer is Spotted Cow, but ther make several good beers. They only sell it in Wisconsin though.

    Ideally yes it's best to control the temp, but really no way for me to do that, so I keep them in a closet or in a cabinet.

    Same, it's never noticeably affected my beer. I do plan on customizing a freezer for aging someday like Fargin' Icehole

    Yeah that is what I am thinking about doing. I almost did it once before when I was brewing a lot. I don't really brew much anymore though. Still would like to have one to age my beers. Keep it aroud 55-60 is what I have read.
