no kids a 5 year old little sister that my mom is really too old to take to the parks and spend all that time there so i go with her instead
Yeah you have a credit for the tickets just to use whenever you like, you just have to pay the ticket price difference for those days if there is any
I respect your decision, but also simultaneously hate your fucking guts for making me begin to have feelings of doubt.
There is no doubt from me However the thought of spending days there and the second some kid sneezes or picks his nose and then wipes it on the splash mountain log I know I'll never hear the end of it would rather just go another time where everyone is concerned over every little thing
BTW saw some lady committed suicide the other day by jumping off of the contemporary that....thats one helluva way to go
Been a helluva few days at disney, saw someone called 911 saying some guy had a gun under his jacket at the beach club and the scene outside the beach club looked like in Terminator 2 when he shoots at all the cop cars in the parking lot from the second floor of cyberdine systems
or better yet one of your kids doing this first trip as an adult kid in front of me for Test Track was constantly knuckle deep in his nose or ass, that was five years ago and I'm still dead inside a little
Just me but I feel like if I was at Disney every few weeks the “magic” would wear off and I’d eventually burn out like dtx is right now would hate for that to happen, I’m good spreading it out as is my bank account
after being at both numerous times the last few years, disney world is much better for the occasional visit and disneyland is better if you were going to go regularly
Yeah I'm starting to get there and we've gone 6 or so times in 4 years. Now since we're traveling we always go hard while at the parks, rope drop, long days, stay for fireworks etc. It's exhausting and making me broke. I really want to tak ea year or two off, also hope the kiddo starts watching harry potter so we can do Universal next time.
I’d burn out much quicker if I was doing it that way. We like to get to the park, hit the big rides then head back to the hotel so my kids can nap and then eat outside the parks before heading back for fireworks even doing that my feet and body is killing me from all that walking so I can’t imagine how your body feels doing all day multiple days
it's all about adjusting how you go my way is pure relaxation and no stress we got to DHS at 245, rode runaway railway, left at 4
that’s not really comparable to the rest of us then imo most of us try to squeeze as much as possible in 2-3 days don’t like spending vacation days on disney because i’d rather do something better with those days
Then you don't understand that your way of relaxation and no stress is nearly impossible Unless I was able to hit around the world at epcot twice before my kids woke up that is
i'm not saying what I do is possible for other people, more so just adjusting expectations and you can relax more if wanted (to an extent)
that’s definitely true i skip a lot of the rides now that i’ve been on them and prioritize others more also usually stay at the polynesian so we usually watch the fireworks from the beach there instead of dealing with all the fucking people. much more relaxing
huh? i usually stay in the villas and book pretty last minute. costs me 600-900 a night depending on when i book most of the time
Earn, like, affinity Hilton points all year + reward night certs = blowing hundreds of thousands of points for one trip a year and stay for a week and a a half. With that, I get a pass for every day I’m there. The difference is negligible after you buy five or six. Our nine-day ticket this year is not far from a five day. So because of that, even with seven and eight year old girls, we can visit the parks for small periods of time and be efficient. Also, the more we go, the more relaxing our trips become because we know the lay of the land now.
600-900 a night on a hotel when u are staying multiple days is pretty crazy especially if you are going to be in the parks most of the time you are there but that’s just me getting on my soapbox about these Disney prices again, if you’ve got money like that do you
oh i was confused as to what you meant. it’s expensive as fuck and i’m tired of blowing through my money and i think that’s why i’m getting tired of disney too it’s only worth doing that maybe once a year, staying a resort that is. but my stupid ass does it every time. if i have to go any more in the near future i’m going to stay at the hilton or some shit
We’re gonna try Bull and Bear when we’re down there. I’ve heard nothing but glowing reviews. It’s expensive, but you’re a lawyer or something and make, like, a million a year.
Our deposit is due in full on March 21st... I'm waiting until the last minute. I'm having second thoughts with this damn sickness going around.
