I’ve watched it several times through now so naturally I’ll need to watch it again before the new season.
yennifer not in the trailer at all, really i sort of expected the 3 of them to be together all season. I'm excited,
I watched night. I don't have any Witcher background other than the show, and definitely not an anime person, but I thought it was great
Nightmare of the wolf was pretty cool. Also the opening scene is a great demo for atmos and Dolby vision
I only know the show and Witcher 3 but really enjoyed it. Nice to see how the Witcher’s got cut down to so few. Was it just me or was Vesemir’s look odd? Seemed like Jersey Shore pencil thin beard with spiked hair gel douchebag look?
My take is that he used to just be a massive stud, but everything that happened in Nightmare made him the grumpy disheveled old man.
I did a rewatch this weekend. I enjoyed it even more than the first time, Quick question. Does season One end right where Witcher 3 begins. Its been awhile since I played the game but I remember something about finding Yennefer.
Same girl. They recast her before season 1. I think the original girl they cast actually died or some crazy shit.
I don't and it could be nonsense. I had a buddy tell me about it way back before season 1. I know they originally wanted an actress of color for the role though. So not sure if they ever actually cast someone or not but that is what I was told. But Ciri this season looks so different because they didn't bleach her eyebrows.
Finished my rewatch, a much more enjoyable experience knowing beforehand that it jumps around on the timeline.
I really enjoyed the first episode. Maybe it’s in my head, but the production quality did seem better while still keeping the same aesthetic. Equal parts story advancement and cool monster segment.
show was awesome and agree with others that the rewatch makes the timelines way easier to understand going to binge s2 all weekend
