CC at #3 with a so-so start to the season. Let her get hot in the second half again like last year, and she’s the clear best player in the league imo.

agreed, very surprising for me but I guess in such a heliocentric offense it makes a bit more sense that she's there even during a cold spell. she's undeniable when she's hot so she'll probably always be a top 3-5 staple for most, if not all, of her career. I hope they pick up the phone and call McDonald.

I'm legitimately mad it's hard to enjoy her as much as I did when she was an underclasswoman at Iowa. The narrative around her is just so damn toxic...she's also kind of an asshole (I don't necessarily mean that in a bad way either, but it's more apparent now than when she was younger).

she talks an immense amount of shit. it's part of what gets at other players and gets her hard fouled so often (although it is the job of the refs to police that nonetheless). when she's got some seniority to her words in a few years she's gonna drive some rookies up a wall.
I dont think she flops anymore than average. But her body language, especially towards her teammates is extremely off putting at times. I cant stand the discourse around her. It's a disservice to not only her but the women's game in general. Wish less of it made it's way itt and we could talk about the actual games more. I’ve actually really enjoyed watching Sabrina Ionescu this season she’s still a sloth on defense but her playmaking seems more crisp this season now that they got Tash and MJ to help her out instead of it just being her and Sloot if anyone wants to watch a non toxic Caitlin
I haven’t watched every minute of her this season but I think she looks exhausted at times bc she gets picked up almost every possession right when she crosses half court. I think the Fever should have someone else bring the ball up for parts of the game when CC is in.
I don't think I've ever seen Clark try to chase someone down after she gets her pocket picked. She just stands there pouting.
