Tyson said he'd rather go against Danny who knows how to hit people and keep himself and others from getting injured, than any other meat head on the show who would be reckless.
Sarah is way up on the all time list of The Worst. Having gone in not watching any of these shows or k owing any of the players, this season has been pretty enjoyable
Yeah I was rooting for Cash pretty hard...Sarah's not just unlikeable, she's incredibly hateable in a way that also isn't entertaining
Got spoiled Spoiler: Winners Spoiler: Double spoiler just in case Spoiler: Last one Sarah and Danny Day ruined by half of this news. Danny was my co-#1 with Tyson so that’s cool. Not sure how the final came out, but she shouldn’t have even been qualified. They sent her an easy out on that elimination.
Adrian Peterson vs Leveon Bell is on that card. They must have had some serious money mismanagement issues.
Im stunned Tyson quit. He chirped so much and then his….hands are too cold? Even more pumped Danny won it
Yeah, this final was horrid. Danny is a deserving champion, Sarah won by default. Feel horrible for Desi — she could have won if it wasn’t for Enzo freaking out on a swim. And for the shit Tyson has been talking to Bananas and Wes on Twitter, the fact that he bitched out in the final is hilarious.
According to Tyson on this morning's pod (stole recap from Reddit) Tyson’s podcast about the final was so interesting and the info he shared made the whole finale feel so pointless and full of BS that made the outcome incredibly unfair. Some big revelations: Production had already told Ben he wouldn’t be able to compete and made him fly to Patagonia for no reason. Everyone asked for Desi to still be allowed to compete and production said no. They were never told before a leg what they’d be doing so the contestants had to choose their amount and types of clothing blindly and were often over or under dressed. Justine was allowed to time out on her leg for no clear reason after they had not allowed Cayla to time out (even though everyone waited for her for a couple hours to finish and got really cold or really warm depending on what they had worn). Angela actually had 2/3 of the dirt that everyone else had, not half. No one finished the dirt challenge except for Sara and Dom. Everyone else was allowed to time out which was why Angela was so surprised she got DQd. She did do some of the digging before quitting so it seems like it would have been fair to let her “time out” too. For the honeycomb puzzle, production let Sara time out. But did not let anyone time out of sodoku. For sodoku, production would not tell them the rules. They would only say “complete the pattern.” Which is the real reason why Dom, Justine and Tyson quit. Without knowing that you had to get every line and box without repeats, it’s not possible to solve it. during the decoder thing, Angela and Tyson got their math right and production said it was wrong and to go back. And Angela and Tyson argued with them and got into it with the show runner, who finally checked the math again and saw that Tyson and Angela were actually right. They did not apologize or give them back any of the time wasted spent arguing.
For as good as the final format is now (the points per stages, clearly showing who's winning and by how much), production really fucked up last night's. I wonder if it's an entirely different production staff. Assuming it is.
Turbo is back too https://variety.com/lists/the-chall...-trailer/jay-starrett-and-michele-fitzgerald/
Fessy will be even more insufferable now that CT is not in the house. It was a dumb decision for Angela to not even try during that leg but in reading the recap of Tyson’s pod above, the producers seemed to make arbitrary decisions on who was allowed to time out. I think she got a raw deal given that she had 2/3 of the amount of dirt everyone else had. I thought she made a calculated move - but guess not.
Yeah it sounds like the producers absolutely butchered the finale. I get why Tyson would be pissed but it’s also just crazy to quit on a sudoku. It really seemed like a pretty easy final until it started to get cold/snowy at the end.
I watched the two part documentary on The Challenge last night...pretty meh. The first ten minutes in the second part about T.J. was great, but nothing too interesting in the rest.
It was basically a quick summary of the show. There was little to no behind the scenes stories told or anything. T.J. part was them showing him rehabbing, learning shapes, learning how to write, etc stuff after his accident. He's a bad ass. They should show that 10 minutes to someone like Fessy when they decide to be pussies about something like eating gross stuff.
