Okie Lite -3 over 67 BYU -5 over 51.5 Any thoughts. Tempted to take a shot at under 67 tomorrow night. I know both teams have terrible defenses but both teams run the ball well which should keep the clock running and all you really need is a few drives to stall out and settle for FG's in order for a total that high to fall short.
I like Utah State to cover at home. This is a huge rivalry game and in years past, the spread has been much higher, with BYU covering it. BYU is down this year, thus the low spread. I think, if Utah State was ever going to upset BYU, this is the year. I also like the under in tomorrow's game.
I bet on the Okie Lite over season wins total so I feel like I don't wanna pile on and bet on them in this game too.
I talked with an Aggie friend about this game. They haven't been on TV, but he has been to two games including the near FIU loss. He said FIU would have beat A&M if FIU had any sort of offense. I'll take Okie Lite at night at home, esp now with the FG spread.
looking at sports insights and covers consensus, the % of bets are on okie state, yet the line moved from -3.5 to -2.5. it wouldn't have concerned me, except that it passed 3.
Given that the over/under season wins total on Oklahoma State was 5.5 it's not entirely surprising that the line movement would suggest that Vegas thinks A&M is the better team. Still I think being the home team in a weekday game is a pretty big advantage and given that the 2 teams seem pretty evenly matched 2.5 is not a lot to have to cover.
i was thinking the same thing. both teams are somewhat known to choke it off in big games. not really sure what to think. public is on osu. services are 25-12 on osu. makes me want to take a&m
everybody in the country seems to be picking okie lite. line hasn't moved. wishing i would have taken aggie.
I'm done betting unders in Big 12 games. They all seem to go the same way. Both offenses suck in the 1st quarter to the point that it looks like the under is a lock. Then you get 21+ points in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter because apparently you are only allowed to play defense for 1 quarter in the Big 12.
my site was at 3.5, went ahead and bought to 4. i never want to lose on a hook. looks as though mainly everybody here won tonight b/c of the different lines on their book. i needed that win very bad.
