251 today, somehow. Super bowl didn’t get me like I thought it would. 9 lbs down overall
Not a great week for me. Been sick, skipped the gym, and haven’t been health conscious for several of my meals. Getting back at it tomorrow - just got to finish up some pizza and wings tonight.
Week 1: 312.2 -8.4lbs
Week 2: 306.2 -6lbs
Week 3: 310.4 +4.2lbs
Week 4: 308.2 -2.2lbs
Not bad but there is a lot of room in my diet and exercise for improvement

Got derailed a bit by a hellish work schedule the last half of January. Need to step it up.

Forgot to post yesterday but my weekend went about as expected and I'm at 271.6 this morning.

I went to the gym yesterday for the first time since August. I was embarrassed by how much my strength has decreased, but I’ll get it back soon. I also did abs. A few hours later, I got sick ha. A little sore today but feel good.
Slow and steady. It can be a huge ego check. Went from benching close to 200# and squatting well over 250, to working back up slowly. Started back on the bench with 35 on each side at the end of last year just so I wasn’t so sore I didn’t want to go anymore.

is it too late to join in here? I realize i've been avoiding the scale for a few months now and have definitely put on weight since the holidays. need to get control of this before i blow up again.
I hit 199 in 2017 and haven't sniffed it since. will weigh in tonight and advise. my guess is I'm up to 225 or so.

In the middle of extreme business at work and trying to buy a house at the same time so I haven’t had a lot of spare time the past two weeks
Good, I need until Friday to weigh in in hopes of recovering from the excesses of this past weekend.
Hope work chills out and the house buying process goes smoothly. Congrats btw, owning your own house (assuming this is you first) is some kind of feeling.
I guess my biggest issue is snacking. I sit at a desk all day and I get bored/hungry. I end up eating crackers and other processed shit. What have you guys been snacking on lately?
Carrots or other veggies with some hummus or light dressing. Usually when I get to that point I'll also start drinking water or coffee
This plus raw almonds and bananas.
Popcorn is my go to at the office. Four cups of the kind from Trader Joe's is is like ~150 calories. Skinny Pop the same. Easy way to fill up + eat something enjoyable. Trader Joe's has "movie theater" style too that is similar calories for only two cups. Big fan.
Also do a serving size of roasted peanuts or the reduced fat Wheat Thins.

Up 1.4 for the week. Going to have to push hard to get on track. I’m 8 away from my goal for Sunday.
Been sitting on 216 all week even though I've been working out and/or doing cardio every day and sticking to the diet. Plateaus fucking suck
May need to change your workout up
I just started this workout plan a week ago.
Haven’t been bringing my lunch this week. The Super Bowl kinda let me slide with all the leftovers. Chicken fried steak was great today, but need to cut this out. Time to refocus. Keep up the good work everyone!
I’m in my work truck all day and have been used to stopping at convenience stores whenever I felt like it. I was drinking so much pop it was crazy. I have a cooler full of water and tea now. I’m also trying to have carrots, radishes, and whatever other vegetables available.

Post-SB has been a solid week for me. Lot of smoothies and I've had a much better week in terms of portions.
Plateaued and it’s pissin me off. Closer to goal weight this year than last and doing more weight training than cardio so I shouldn’t be surprised. But my life goal is to pwn a bunch of newbs on the interwebs and it’s not happening.
