My doctor's scale is an asshole.
We still have 23 contestants that need weights this week. Get them in guys.
Very legal, and very cool
Off to a great start this week, Going to be a big number I can feel it
Went for a 5 mile hike on Sunday, Played Pick-up basketball for 2.5 hours yesterday
I will weigh in either tomorrow afternoon or Friday morning when I’m back home.
He probably keeps it inaccurately high so people think they need to see the doc more often. You’re Gucci.
I'm one of those. Will give you a weigh-in tmw morning.
I am on vacation without access to a scale so let’s just roll with last weeks weight. Sorry.
The joke is on her. My insurance sucks.
Found the issue
Jk. girl power
Started at 197 > Didn't eat for 10 days (175) > Ate shit for 2 days (183) > Didn't eat for 3 days (179) > Just finished eating shit for the past 6 days while in Denver (193)
Not eating for at least 3 days...
I just read you could survive 3 weeks without eating, Don't sell yourself short
Maybe just eat healthy food in reasonable portions all the time
Been short on staff due to the flu the past week and a half so I bought everyone pizza for lunch today. Ate 2 pieces like a fucking (non) loser.
Starving yourself is great for short term results. I lost about 30 pounds last time and here I am back trying to lose the weight that I gained back. If you want to lose weight for good, you gotta make life changes.
Wife made cauliflower fried rice with air fried tofu tossed in a sweet thai chili/garlic sauce and it’s fucking GOOD
I’m a little shook
Agreed. It’s been a little less than 3 months since my wake up call. I can still barely wrap my head around how unhealthy I was eating every single day.
So I’m up 5.4 from my Sunday low weight. Calories have been the same as my whole process (averaging about 1400) but I had some excess carbs since Saturday (about 4 days 60-150 carbs, usually holding to < 30). Not sure if I’m retaining water or if I’m backed up and due for a 6lb poop. Or just gaining weight back via storage.
Either way I’m extremely frustrated since I’ve been consistently losing 5.5 or so good lb per week back to thanksgiving.
I was less than 2 lb from the 60 mark or half way to my 120 goal and now I’m closer to 50.
This. Pretty eye opening how bad some of the stuff I was eating was. Switched to a healthier diet and now I feel better, am losing weight consistently even if I cheat a day. Adding in a gym routine was a game changer too. I sleep much better and have more energy. Should've done this a while ago
It’s water weight. If you cut back your carbs you’ll drop it right off again.
Week 0 = 217.6
Week 1 = 215.6
Week 2 = 215.2
Week 3 = 215.8
Week 4 = 214.2
Week 5 = 214.8
You got this buddy.
Yeah it took getting diagnosed as type 2 diabetic and high blood pressure for me to realize I had to make some changes. Small stuff like cutting out all pop and I've cut my carbs to around 225 per day. The best thing I did was meet with a dietitian. Very informative. I had a dr follow up last week and he was very impressed with my progress. I still eat alot of stuff I want but in moderation.
221.6 as of this AM.
I’m about to find this same thing out and I’m not excited.
Life has been hectic, down to 218.7 however
started a 36 hour fast last night to see if I can jumpstart things.
Yep, somehow I gained 6 lbs by putting on clothes, loading down my pockets with all my crap, and driving to the doctor's office.
Should've done the initial weigh in at the doctor's office #lifehack
How's everyone doing today?
I used to always joke that I eat when I’m stressed and eat when I’m real happy, but now it just applies to when I’m stressed/upset.
I don't chime in ever ITT. But this is a dumb idea.
You can't expect to lose vast amount of body fat consistently. Especially after such a long cut. You should find a maintenance level for calories and macros, continue to eat healthy, and then start another cut. Your body isn't going to let you simply cut indefinitely.
JeremyLambsFace I’ll have a weigh-in this afternoon. Shouldn’t be any later than 4 est.
Been hovering around 180 all week (which would be about 10% of my original weight lost) with a long run scheduled for tomorrow, a short run Sunday, as well as a walk at some point on Sunday as well. Hoping to see 170-something on the scale when I weigh in on Sunday.
After a fairly static week I weighed in at 212 today. Hopefully I'm done with the plateau.
Not going to be a great weekend though. Headed out of town and will likely be visiting some breweries for the next few days
Ran a ton this week but also ate and drank a lot of carbs. Need to get my ass back in gear.
Daddy Rabbit SP1 this will be 2 weeks without one
The Great Pumpkin at 3 weeks will be a DQ if we don't get one over the weekend
Still need weights for just this week from:
OP updated with new spreadsheet
whoops, weighed but forgot to post on Monday - 332.2
Was on vacation from Sunday-yesterday. I’ll just get a weight Monday for next week.
thought I posted
Ya boy Dirt up to his old Dirty ways
You got this dude.
Finally got through a plateau. 319.6
Down a little bit.
Exactly 0.0 different from last week. I was up to 317 and change during the week. Rough one.
Weight lost this week: 2.6 lbs
Total weight lost: 20.5 lbs
