Shitty Weekend. Gained A Few Back
Initial - 289.6
Current - 263.5
226 here. Was a shitty week with vacation and sloth. Have to get back after it. I want to be under 220 by the end of this month.
Was 279.8 on Friday. Another weekend of heavy drinking and just not eating worth a shit put be back up to 282.6 this morning.
Sorry for missing the past two weigh-ins. Did Mardi Gras and then last week was a beast at work, but managed to minimize the damage. Gotta finish strong during the back half.
I just carried a stack of 3 24-packs of water up some stairs. Hard to believe I was just lugging that around on myself 3-4 months ago. With another 70+ to go.
I read every Toast tweet in the voice of Indianapolis radio personality Ace Cosby. Not sure why.
Trainer measured me last night and comparing to my initial measurements in January I'm down like 10+ inches total between chest/waist/hips which was very satisfying to see some actual measured results other than weight.
216.0 this morning. officially at the newest belt hole permanently. been alternating for the past few weeks.
One day back at it and down to 224.6 this morning. Have to keep strong.
I’m on a horrible schedule and continuing PT. Trying to put myself in a good routine while I can only do cardio and leg workouts.
Diet isn’t consistent
Diet is the biggest factor in my experience. Work hard there and you’ll get back.
this stupid fucking injury is annoying. No upper body workouts and I feel gross
Diet is good outside weekends which I’m getting better at. And less alcohol
This is where I am the worst. I have no self control with food. Not that I necessarily eat too much or anything like that, but I tend to likely eat a bit more than I should and I only halfass eating healthy.
-0.8 lbs for the week
Going to an all inclusive for a week, so hoping I don’t do too much damage.

I purged the house of bad snacks. Eating out was the hard part, but I found some ok menu items at places like chick fil a that ease that craving.

214.6. i dropped the C4 from my morning workouts so I'm expecting some more water weight to come off a little easier. It's hard to grind that early with just coffee again but i'll get used to it.
Don't let the injury be an excuse.
trying to not let it be, more annoying than anything because I'd like to do upper body workouts but still have to stay off of them for a bit. Cardio and Legs aren't out of the question.
Try modifying them?
This is good shit. While losing weight on the scale is a part of the competition, I think what we all want more so is better body composition.
good idea. I'm trying to find ways to mix it up and do different workouts that won't require using my arm

Been eating healthier and going to the gym every day. Going to keep at it

Sorry, I’m on the front line trying to keep America healthy. Sometimes gettin ripped has to take a back seat.
This week has sucked and I’ve eaten more than any week so far. Thankfully I’ve also worked out more so far so I’m basically even on the week.
I weighed 173.4 this morning so let’s just count that
272.8 this AM. Feel good about the upcoming weeks after doing some travel. Been around too many sweets, basically going cold turkey on the sugar now.
205.2 this morning was a bit surprising but I'll take it. After not moving all the scale finally shook loose.
164.9 this morning. First time I’ve been under 165 since at least 2017. Put on a shirt today that I probably haven’t worn in over a year, and it feels great. Really can’t stress how effective intermittent fasting can be. Good work everyone.
