    Combination of: working from home, attempting to social distance, the gyms closed down, being in the middle of a move, and absolutely shitty weather here has really put a damper on the past week or so. Hopefully we can get some sunshine soon so I can at least head out for a run or something.

    I know I'm not in this little contest but I need someone to talk to about my weight loss journey. Started a program 4 weeks ago. I've lost 21.6 lbs in those 4 weeks. Losing the ability to go to the gym hurts but I'm trying my best to keep with it from home gym.

    I'm doing the Max Challenge. It's a 10 week program. Diet plan is no dairy/ no processed foods/ brown rice & sprouted grain carbs. Then it moved to carb & fat cycling and next week switches to gluten free/advances carb & fat cycling. Workouts 5 days a week. Cardio on mondays and Wednesday, upper body lift on Tuesday, lower body on Thursday and kickboxing on Friday. Kinda like an Orangetheory.

    We've got a finished basement that I've turned into my home gym. And went to the store the day our governor closed gyms and bought weights so I could still get my lifts in.

    Then you should be good. Just stay consistent on your program. It won't be the end of the world if you have to alter the types of activities you do, just make sure you hit your days. It's obviously working for you, just keep it up.

    A terrible few weeks but I am going to remotivate to a better diet and should get back on track. Gym being closed and questionable outdoor weather has been a killer.

    219.0 as of this morning. The beginning of the week was a grim sight but I focused (and we had some sunshine so I could get outside and go for a run) and it didn't turn out too terribly bad.

    closing in on 190, a weight I’ve psychologically wanted to hit for 5 years now. Got down to 195 before getting back up to 250 and now back down here. I need to not turn into a coronalcoholic and I’ll be there in no time.

    it’s an understatement to say that these are unprecedented times. All of us have had our lives flipped upside down. Now, more than ever is the time to do what we can to live a better, healthier lifestyle.

    Have stuck with the fasting routine, but the food quality of the quarantine diet has been up-and-down. Too many pantry carbs. Too much baking that I cannot unload on other people. Exercise also fell off after the gym closed but has recently ramped up. Hopefully that will encourage better food choices. I bought some resistance bands which, when paired with bodyweight exercises, do a pretty good job. On the cardio side, my legs are still getting used to running/walking.
