Start 265.8 Week 1: 1/10 255.5 (-10.3) Week 2: 1/17 246 (-9.5) Week 3: 1/24 246 (0) Week 4: 1/31 250 (+4) Week 5: 2/7 242.8 (-7.8) Had two awful weeks after getting absurdly sick. Back on the horse this week eating well, lifted 4x and did some HIIT cardio 6x. Hopefully can string together some good consistent weeks vs yo-yo'ing
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery (on the scale), today is a gift, which is why we call it the present
Super Bowl def took away some of my loss from the week. Still very happy being down a few after a busy couple work weeks. Out of town the next two days will be a challenge eating wise. 1/4 Start: 246.3 1/11 Week 1: 241.2 -5.1 1/18 Week 2: 239.9 -1.3 1/25 Week 3: 238.0 - 1.9 2/1 Week 4: 236.2 - 1.8 2/8 Week 5: 234.2 -2.0
Start: 233.6 Week 1: 223.2 (-10.4) Week 2: 219.8 (-13.8) Week 3: 220.6 (-13.0) Week 4: 218.2 (-15.4) Week 5: 217.8 (-15.8) Need to limit the weekend splurging, hoping now that football is over it’s easier. Temperatures have been in the single digits the last week or two, so sometimes eating/cooking is my best entertainment on weekends lol
This is the lowest weight I’ve been since Mid-2019 though and I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel which is being below 200lbs for the first time in probably 8+ years, so even if I’m losing 1lb or so a week that’s obtainable soon. Mixing weights in with the Peloton I’m hoping to see a difference even if the overall weight loss isn’t a dramatic number. My GF claims it’s starting to become noticeable and my arms are looking more toned/lean. Glad we took pictures at the start so I can compare at some point even if it’s the end of the year.
Initial 247.6 Week 1 238.8 Week 2 236.4 Week 3 232.6 Week 4. 230.3 Week 5. 227.8 Was down a little more before last nights festivities but still chugging along. Great job everyone. Supposed to be crazy cold here for the week so I have to avoid snacking in my truck all day.
Continuing to not drink and do OMAD. Was 215 yesterday evening from 240 on 1/1. Shooting for 195 by month end. Really hoping this shin splint heals up soon so I can start running / walking my dog / hiking again. Nothing quite like the power of a break up. All the home girls in my friend group have commented the weight loss, gonna be a good fucking spring.
218.8, dropped weight only to add it back on this week. Birthday is this week and we’re celebrating my niece and nephews birthday this weekend as well so lots of great food and sweets. These next 2-3 weeks are going to be a yo-yo.

241: weigh-in/week 1 239: week 2 238: week 3 236: week 4 236: week 5 Felt like I had a great week until late Saturday/Sunday. Too much beer and king cake.
sizing down my jeans for the 2nd time in 40 days. LFG. This is the lightest/best shape I've been in since I was 21
I go to this practice daily and run (when I don't have have shin splints). I was super fat and weak. No where near the level in the video. I did hit 3- 60second handstands 2 days ago after 10 days off. I was never able to get past 30 seconds previously. Stoke is at an all time high
My coach has me sitting in a deep squat for 30 minutes a day the next 30 days. This is going to suck at first. I can already tell it is going to help my shin splint.
Initial: 332.2 Week 1: 326.6 Week 2: 329.8 Week 3: 331.2 Week 5(?): 335.6 This week is go week for me. Got rid of a lot of the junk in the house and have a fitness goal set.
You got this. Im having the same feelings. I stepped on the scale this morning and was like fuck. But then I found a picture from last year's competition where I was 35-40lbs heavier than I am today. But then I saw a picture of me from 2012 when I was skinny by my standards. Spoiler Had another gout attack this week. Three days of working out then get sidelined. I don't understand. I take my daily preventive. In the past when I was eating junk and drinking all the time, I never had a flare up when I took my meds. Im eating better than I have in years. Zero alcohol. Zero fast food. Maybe it's not as good as I think. Maybe I'm overdoing my chicken and avocado intake. i know my cardio game was to step up. Big time. But that's hard when you can't even walk. I had to get my crutches out Thursday morning just to get around.

Walked once. HIIT 6x. Usually try and lift at lunch then at 5 either jump rope or do circuits with a landmine or battle rope/box jumps/slam ball/burpees.. Ate well. Low carb as possible, probably Keto. Try not to eat any carbs, which sucks bc I love fruit. Eating shrimp and grits tonight, so Def not following plan
Pulled my hamstring in the other leg. Looks like I get another week of no working out. Gonna do some mobility x fasting this week.
