Spoiler I didn't see weights from cutig EdmondDantes dukebuckeye rv12 DirtBall toddzo for last Sunday to Saturday so my apologies if I missed them just let me know and I'll update.
Also I feel pretty confident that I'm not going to win or place, but I think I'll post my progress photos at the end because I feel like I've done some significant recomp so far even at only 12.7 down overall.
Initial 247.6 Week 1 238.8 Week 2 236.4 Week 3 232.6 Week 4. 230.3 Week 5. 227.8 week 6. 228.2 didn’t really workout or eat great this week so gotta get back after it.
Sunday I ate 3/4 a box of girl scout cookies, grits, and cake. Monday I ate pizza b/c I didn't want to cook after having to watch my child and work. Today I hope to not be terrible dear diary
We went to a party Saturday night and I drank a bunch for the first time since New Years, then I went off my eating plan with some chocolate my wife gave me Sunday, then I was just craving some pizza so I had a slice yesterday. Just some terrible eating over the weekend but now I'm back on track.
Not to jinx it for myself but I’m wishing I took better before pictures. Just for my own sake, because I know I’ve shed some weight but I’ve also slowly increased the amount of weight on my dumbbells. Not that I’ll be ripped but I’d hope if I keep lifting I’ll look a little different in my chest/arms eventually.

Hanging tight at 215. Working on strength while my legs recover from so many miles in January. March is going to be intense as my goal has been to get below 200 for Easter

1/4 Start: 246.3 1/11 Week 1: 241.2 -5.1 1/18 Week 2: 239.9 -1.3 1/25 Week 3: 238.0 - 1.9 2/1 Week 4: 236.2 - 1.8 2/8 Week 5: 234.2 -2.0 2/15 Week 6: 232.3 -1.9 2/22 Week 7: 229.6 -2.7 Total: -16.7 Guess it was the biggest drop in a whole, but felt like it could be more. Consistency in what I’m doing has been pretty good. Actually didn’t work out as much as other weeks so that’s reassuring that my healthy eating habits are working.

I’ve mentioned it in here before, but when I was younger (23-24 years old) I lost 75lbs in less than a year doing the original version of weight watchers. I rarely worked out, but I did one cheat meal a week and stuck to the plan 99.9% of the other times. Its crazy how much a diet really can help. Unfortunately, nowadays I’m not nearly as strict (do about 1.5 cheat days a week lol) and I’m in my lower 30s so I’m sure my metabolism has slowed down too. Probably offset it a little bit though since I ride the Peloton 5x a week and lift every other day.
243.2 - Weigh-in 236.4 - Week 1 229.3 - Week 2 225.8 - Week 3 222.9 - Week 4 219.8 - Week 5 218.0 - Week 6 215.0 - Week 7 (-28.2)
224. I need to get in gear. So far I've been slacking off. Hurt my knee so the gym probably has to wait unfortunately
Yeah, the good thing from this week was I worked out less and ate more real meals then I expect on a typical week. I typically Peloton after work and just have a large shake as my post workout recovery/dinner. So it’s good to know that the healthy eating practices I am holding to is still providing me with progress.
Huge weight loss = Diet Get in shape = Exercise I'm working on getting back in shape/adding muscle and it's going to take longer than dropping the pounds did. I'm @ 170 lbs now. Goal is to lose last 5 lbs of chub & gain it back maybe 8-10 lbs of muscle.
For last week, almost everyone who didn't have a weigh-in has already weighed in this week except for C Yank racer toddzo. Todd I need one this week or you're at three missed in a row. My weigh in was at 308.5 this week, went on vacation and yolo'ed hard. Back on track today.
340.2. Yuck. I also started drinking 6 liters of water per day this week so that’s probably added pounds.
feels good to still be working towards my goal of sub 180. insane how easier it is to move my body when i'm 30 lbs lighter. can't wait to see when i'm lean af
270.2 eh... not working out and doing enough cardio. But walking about 1-2 miles a day if I’m not doing serious cardio. but down 12lbs total
when I initially dropped a lot of weight was from walking 1 hr a day. you'd be surprised how fast stuff drops with that 1 hr of walking a day
