    Not going in the right direction this last month. Weather is getting nicer and my wife keeps buying beers during the week. Drinking 3 DDH IPAs on a Monday is not good. Gotta stop that.

    We've got 6 or 7 weeks left? Gonna try to limit drinking to 1 time a week. Focus for the rest & try to get to 220 at the end. Wasn't the overall goal, wanted 200...but I can work with 220 then keep that going through the summer

    you can get there! My original goal was to get below 200 but I think the best I’ll get to if I don’t mess up too bad is the 205-210 range. Once this is over I’m working towards below 190 by my birthday in the middle of July. Keep after it!

    At least for me, it’s crazy how having a couple people “watching” can help motivate me. Between this contest, and a couple friends following me on the peloton app, it’s kept me going (knock on wood).

    Even if I don’t win anything, I’m definitely glad I signed up for the contest.
