Knew Saturday nights polish easter meal and Sunday brunch buffet was going to be a big hit. 258.5 Completed my first 24 hour fast today drinking nothing but water. That was tough. Don’t know how people do it routinely. I typically do 16:8 about 5 days a week. Anyone else do intermittent fasting? What’s your typical eating window and how many days a week on average?

I think I might try keto for a few weeks and see if I can break through this sticking 200 +/- 5 lbs that I seems to be stuck at for a while now. Anyone think they've got a great hack for keto WITH a non-keto family?
I’m doing the power zone program on the peloton and intermittent fasting. I can’t complain too much, even thought I’m not losing weight at the same clip, my body fat continues to decrease.
I do 45+ minutes cardio every day. I eat relatively well (not counting calories for a deficit like I used to) and strength train (rock climbing) 4 days a week. My body composition is changing a lot, but I can’t lose the last 10ish lbs of belly fat. Maybe I need to go caloric deficit. That is just such a grind.
