In my case my wife was supportive of what I needed and let me do my own thing and didn’t eat bad stuff around me for a while. It was easier because our kid wasn’t 1 yet and not eating meals with us.

I know the final week is of 4/26, but the last day to weigh is that Friday 4/30? I assume most people will do it then or do we need both days?
If you're in the money or close you have all of 4/26-4/30 (at midnight eastern time) to post your final information.
I was out of town this weekend and eating like I was vacationing so I'm going to wait a day or two for that to normalize before i post a new weight.
All the people who didn't post weights this week are two weeks delinquent: scatman duse fsuNizz It'sAlwaysSunnyInAthens racer Toast
Sounds good. 4/30 is my GF’s birthday and we’re driving down to Kansas City and I plan on picking up god knows how much BBQ.

Start 265.8 Week 1: 1/10 255.5 (-10.3) Week 2: 1/17 246 (-9.5) Week 3: 1/24 246 (0) Week 4: 1/31 250 (+4) Week 5: 2/7 242.8 (-7.8) Week 6: 2/14 237.2 (-5.6) Week 7: 2/21 238.5 (+0.7) Week 8: 2/28 240 (+1.5) Week 9: 3/8 242.8 Week 10: 3/15 239.4 (-3.4) Week 11: 3/22 237.2 (-2.2) Week 12: 3/29 235.8 (-1.4) Week 13: 4/5 233 (-2.8) Week 14: 4/12 226.2 (-6.8) Pretty surprised here. I wanted to have a good week and get below 230, so I didn't drink this weekend, lifted and did HIIT 6 days...Was hoping to be 229.something. Not sure if not drinking just cleared my system out a bit or held on to water. I turn 40 tomorrow and I'm back on that drinking train. 2 weeks left, right? Should be able to hit 220, maybe even in the teens if I wait to the end of the week to weigh in

didn't join because I didn't think about it until I was a few weeks in and noticed the thread, but as of yesterday I was 246.8 (from a Jan 3 weight of 303.6) which is 18.7% if my calculations are correct. great work in here
That’s awesome work. Congrats man. Bet you feel way better. What’s been the key to the weight drop for you?
It's essentially a keto diet. Back in 2017 I did a weight loss program with a local company and went from 342 to 231 in 6 months and then gained 60 of that back over the past 4 years. It was pretty expensive and I didn't want to spend the money for the program again this time but I followed the program principles and did some product research. My diet is: Breakfast: Perfect Keto bar Lunch: Ample K shake and two servings of vegetables Dinner: 8oz or so of protein and two servings of vegetables No dairy and the vegetables are only the lowest carb (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, radishes, bell peppers, etc). Don't want to hijack the thread but I can provide more info if anyone is interested. Highly recommend the Perfect Keto bars because with the exception of a couple of flavors they taste pretty good, and the Ample K shakes are delicious.
Great work everyone. I couldn’t keep the willpower to stay on track in the midst of birthdays and Easter and other family gatherings. With all that in the rear view I’m hoping to do better over the summer.
I'm out. I broke my scale and just getting myself back into a rhythm in general. But know I won't win and haven't bought a new scale yet

My wife made a banging dinner last night. Sweet thai chili salmon filets served on a cup of white rice then topped with scallions, cucumber, avocado, a bit of broccoli slaw (or shredded carrots...grocery store didn't have it so I subbed), cilantro, and topped with spicy aioli made with light mayo and a hit of lime juice Every flavor you want with sushi but it was filling and on WW it was like 4 points for the thai chili sauce, 2 points for the aioli, 6 points for the white rice, and 2 for the avocado for a total of 14 (for reference I get 45 per day and she gets like 29). Would recommend.
Weigh again like Thursday morning I bet you'll be back down 3-4 pounds I weighed in at like 297 when I got back from a weekend in the mountains and I was already down in the 293 range this morning
Couldn’t decide on what to do for lunch so skipped it. Hit the grocery store for dinner and crushed 6pc fried chicken. Healthy!
And then I was back to my low weight this morning. So def taking final weigh in on a Wed or Thursday.

I’m feeling great but know there’s more I can lose. I need to get back to some of the strength workouts to go with all the cycling.
Start: 233.6 Week 1: 223.2 (-10.4) Week 2: 219.8 (-13.8) Week 3: 220.6 (-13.0) Week 4: 218.2 (-15.4) Week 5: 217.8 (-15.8) Week 6: 215.6 (-18.0) Week 7: 214.8 (-18.8) Week 8: 214.8 (-18.8) Week 9: 214.2 (-19.4) Week 10: 212.0 (-21.6) Week 11: 211.4 (-22.2) Week 12: 210.8 (-22.8) Week 13: 210.8 (-22.8) Week 14: 209.8 (-23.8) Week 15: 209.8 (-23.8) Without providing TMI, let’s just say I was having some stomach issues last week that I don’t think are great for weight loss reasons haha
I was like 167 last week. Birthday and weightlifting seems to have made me gain weight. Think a ton of it is water weight I’m gonna try to shed before weigh in today bc i definitely look/feel better which is all that matters
I’ve been doing horrible...232. Need to at least finish the last week with a loss and try to be below 230.
Start 265.8 Week 1: 1/10 255.5 (-10.3) Week 2: 1/17 246 (-9.5) Week 3: 1/24 246 (0) Week 4: 1/31 250 (+4) Week 5: 2/7 242.8 (-7.8) Week 6: 2/14 237.2 (-5.6) Week 7: 2/21 238.5 (+0.7) Week 8: 2/28 240 (+1.5) Week 9: 3/8 242.8 Week 10: 3/15 239.4 (-3.4) Week 11: 3/22 237.2 (-2.2) Week 12: 3/29 235.8 (-1.4) Week 13: 4/5 233 (-2.8) Week 14: 4/12 226.2 (-6.8) Week 15: 4/20 227 (+0.8) Maybe a bit of a correction from losing almost 7 the week prior, but I also almost every night, got hammered on Tuesday for my 40th and that fucked up the rest of my week b/c I was really hungover. Only worked out twice. Back on it this week until next Thursday. Original goal was 205, then reset to 220, I'll probably be short of that. But pretty close. Try to get below 210 by Memorial day and 195 by July 4th

thats my plan. Im actually deferring my weigh-in this week so that i stay away from the scale and stick to my regiment.
You have from midnight Monday morning until midnight Friday evening to post your final weigh-in (picture) with before/after pics for verification if you're in the money and want to be paid out.
