Had to work in office today for maybe the second time since COVID started. Was running a tad late so didn’t weigh myself. I’ve also been slamming waters in hopes of hydrating myself before my second vaccine today so I’m sure that’s not ideal for the scale. Will just weigh in Thursday/Friday if that works.
I’m in pretty much the same boat. Shot #2 this afternoon. Also my lowest mornings have been Wed/Thurs.

i plan on doing my final weigh-in thurs or friday, but im a little bummed that as of now i have gained 3 lbs in the past two weeks without really having changed anything. hoping its all water weight that will come off by the end of the week.

Ive had similar issue where it seems like I’ve kind of hit a wall. Which I guess can be expected after a few months, just gets frustrating. I’ve been doing some lifting this whole time, nothing crazy but slowly increasing weight so I’m sure that isn’t helping either. Trying to remind myself that it will payoff long term. One of the downsides of rarely doing stuff out of the house is I wear casual clothes all the time so don’t really notice buttons being looser or anything either. Did notice my work polo felt more roomy when I tucked it in though so that was cool.
Got real drunk Saturday Went for walk with child and got pretty drunk at a brewery yesterday Child is now sick, had not food, at Pub Buffalo Chix Tender Sub. Great start to the week.
I planned a shit time to end this comp. Wife and dad both had birthdays in the last two weeks and have been celebrating and been on two out of town weekends where I didn’t bother tracking. Ready for another one of these once this wraps up so I can try to push down to 250
No, but you're ahead of me. I'm not losing much. I was 225.8 I think this weekend. I'll probably be 224 or so Thursday. Unless you gained a lot I think you're pretty solidly ahead

Glad to see I had almost no chance at being shivious . My week has been fucked. Got tanked Saturday, hungover Sunday & drank more, Monday my kid was sick, Tuesday my dog finally started showing signs of her cancer & weakening, I've had to take my kid to the doctor 3x and they were right when I usually work out. I was 225.8 Saturday, probably should have ended there. Hopefully I can get 2 workouts in the next two days and maybe be around that weight at the end. I'll take 40# in 4 months. Looking forward to Rd 2 and getting to 190 by August
I might jump into another but want to not look at the scale for a couple weeks and just keep working.
If I can get below 290, I’ll take that considering it’s 25 pounds down and I’ve added close to 300 lbs to my big 3 lifts since I got back into the gym in December
