It just depends on what works for you. If you want to have the freedom to eat fruit, chicken breast, and eggs without weight it and feeling as bad about that's probably better for you but if you tend to do that and overeat and aren't losing then green is good for a lot of people.
Going to try the same, keeping my calorie intake to 2k and combination of treadmill and peloton each day. Allowed myself a cheat meal once a week last time but eventually everything became a cheat meal and I quit.
When I did WW the first time and lost the 70+ in 8 months I did one cheat meal per week, somehow was super disciplined and stuck to one meal, I never worked out much either. It was almost too easy for whatever reason. Now, I usually count calories Monday-Friday and allow myself to do whatever Saturday and ease back in on Sunday. I’m hoping I can improve on that by at least staying disciplined all day Sunday. I think because I’m working from home and not doing much outside of my house due to cold/COVID, it’s just so easy to go into the kitchen out of boredom.
My plan is being better about lunches at work during the week and actually using the peloton that I am paying for. Was good the first month I got it then I haven’t been using it nearly enough. So time to get on a good routine.
I’m planning on trying IF and cutting calories from drinks as much as possible. Will also try cardio of some sort daily and weights 4ish days. I usually ease into it but that lets me cheat too much and slack so I’m trying all in this time. I may try keto but if not then I’ll try and stick to real food.
Need to get home and weigh myself because I’ve had an epic keto induced shit peculating for a couple hours now.

Count me in. Went to my parents to celebrate Christmas over the weekend. Ate and drank more than one should eat and drink and gained 6 lbs. Will get my picture with weight in the morning.

Just started and in Dry January, some friends send me a late holiday gift of alcohol.. well, fine, I'll have a minor setback on February 1st.
I'm not sure what I ate that is causing this but I've pooped like 7 times today, wish I had weighed in this morning so I could see what the scale thinks about that
Have you done an extreme adjustment on the diet? My body is going to piss shit in a couple days from my diet change and just getting rid of waste.. I just know it. Was afraid to go to the outdoor gym class this morning because I took 2 shits before I left
Going to do a carbs and red wine only diet. Running 10 miles a day. When I lose a bunch of weight I’m going to patent my diet and put the exercise in fine print and make a lot of money.
Anyone have a really awesome connected scale? I had a Fitbit Aria for a while and it had so many issues I just went back to the regular scale.
