    Just find a studio by you and try a class. Most will let you drop in for $10-20 and most also have beginner programming so then you can get some real instruction

    All of a sudden I gained 3lbs since this started. I think I was down 4-5lbs and worked out so far everyday and have eaten healthy. Even yesterday, worse thing I had was a double meat chicken/bacon(yea I know ok) sandwich from subway. Footlong but ate both halves 3 hours apart. and was drinking coffee until like 6pm with milk in it( I was up since 6am)
    Perhaps water weight, muscle and a combo of my sleep and body adjusting to intermittent fasting. Not worried at all because I feel great

    One bad move was buying a bag of Stacy pita chips and a bowl of hummus yesterday evening.

    Finally going to open the air fryer I got for Christmas this weekend. Looking forward to the roasted vegetables.

    Going to get a spritzer to try to limit the olive oil or the like. Also got a vegetable spiraler to use with it. Fancy, I know.

    I'm looking forward to using it. Im only cooking for one these days so it should be perfect for me for healthy sides for dinner. I just want to limit over using oil to limit fats and calories while using it.

    I love my air fryer so much. I usually go with no added oil. By far my most used cooking method.

    I need to do no oil, but I've done broccoli, Brussel sprouts, and fries with sprinkle of oil, salt and pepper.

    I got the InstaPot Vortex, with the rotisserie basket. It's so easy to chop up a sweet potato, sprinkle some olive oil, salt and pepper, throw in and call it a day. I need to try without the oil

    1/2-3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs + 1 or 2 tsp olive oil and seasoning of your choice. Butterfly or cut chicken breast into strips. Dip in egg, then panko mixture. Air fry at 380 for 8 minutes, flip chicken and got another 6-8 minutes. When it looks like it's almost done jack up the heat to 400 for a few minutes to brown it.

    That meal with a little light ranch or honey mustard or buffalo sauce and a bag of steamed veggies was a go to when I did weight watchers last winter.

    Substitute baby carrots for the chips. If you don’t like hard carrots, steam them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes

    I do this already too. I go through a bag of baby carrots like it ain't no thing. Those jalapeno pita chips were staring at me in the store though.

    I throw carrots, broccoli & cauliflower into a large bowl, mix in some water, sea salt, pepper and oil. Put them in either the air fryer or oven for 10-15 minutes (depending on the firmness of the vegetables you prefer) and enjoy.

    Also for the air fryer you can make some decent healthy fries. Either use a mandolin to cut potatoes into thin strips or use your knife. Soak for 30 minutes, drain and rinse then soak for another 30 minutes. Drain and rinse, then put the fries onto paper towels and try and get them as dry as possible. Put into a bowl with a tsp or two of olive oil, toss to coat. Then put in air fryer at 370 for 8 minutes. Toss, cook for 6-8 more until they get close to being done. Toss, cook on 400 until crisp to your liking and salt or season them however.
