I will lose 25lbs in 3 months if I can keep away from booze and eating shit like this after dinner. I consume more calories (by far) in beer and after dinner snacking than the rest of the day.

I worked out M-Th. Went camping this weekend though. No alcohol and no sweets. I tried my best to watch my calorie intake. Grilled chicken drumsticks and pork loin for my meals with vegetable hobo packs. We will see.

Started push mowing the lawn this week and jogged 3 days. Quit pop during the week but had a few over the weekend. Plan to jog 4 times this week and am getting the home gym set up as well.
