    I had been doing a peloton activity everyday, mostly though stretches and a light yoga. This past week I forced myself to get back on the bike and just ride for 20-30 minutes a couple times and did a couple of the walk / jogs. That and slowly down on Dr Pepper helped

    What are the favorite workout clothes in this thread? I’m 5’10 about 220. Wear a large in most shirts and 36 waist most of the time. I feel like every workout shirt/shorts I get are extreme slim fit and I just have no chance of wearing.

    Thursday morning I got down to 231.4 . My personal lowest in some time. Worked out that morning and had a grilled chicken salad for lunch.

    Went to a friend's to grill steaks. Ate some grapes to get me to dinner because I was starving. Ate one plain sweet potato, a fair bit of steak, and two scoops of mac and cheese.

    Fri weighed 233.8. Ok fuck.

    Did some cardio and ate grilled chicken salad for lunch. Cantaloupe, banana, and apple for mid day snack. Ate some steak with another grilled chicken salad for dinner. I fucked up and ate half of the Totinos pizza my daughter left and some cheezits.

    This morning 235.8. 4 lbs gained for one bad snack last night and some carbs the night before. And the other stuff

    :facepalm: fuck me.

    It’s going to ebb and flow like that all the time. Just need to focus on same time each weak as well as visual progress. I’ll fluctuate 5lbs throughout a week and then still post a low on my check in day.

    My prayers our with you. I went from 205 to 265 in 6mo aftery son was born last year. Shit is tough. I couldn't imagine twins as infants.

    Just get a size up. Target workout clothes are pretty cheap and nice. They fit but you could probably do a large

    I usually workout in tights in the winter and just long boxer briefs in the summer, but I'm at home.

    If I have to wear shorts I like these.

    I agree...don’t weigh yourself so much. That is what I’m trying this time anyway. I’m not going to worry about the weight loss and just do the workouts and try to not eat horrible. I’m going to mess up and eat bad and have a Dr Pepper but I’m not going to get multiple throughout the day.

    I also finished setting up my garage weights today so I’ll start that up this week. I used to lift before kids but I haven’t done it serious for a long time. I have a bench, squat rack, dumbbells, lat pull down. Don’t care about trying to be super strong. Good programs?

    I am going to start weighing in on Fridays because I do really well M-F and then all bets are off on the weekends because we've been taking advantage of finally being able to do more stuff lately.

    Deep down I know. I'm trying to stay motivated at a high level with this thing. I'm single for the first time in 12 years.

    Im in the gym parking lot now. I lifted 4x a week for the last two weeks. I also came on Fri for some light cardio. I need to start doing more cardio. I hate it though. I guess everyone does.

    This weekend was my daughters birthday party, and I ate the fuck out of some cup cakes. So kind of glad I even went down a little, may take a day or so for those cupcakes to show up on the scale but hopefully I can eat better the rest of the week. Going to be a long next 3 weeks, with around 40 hours in the car, a long weekend away, then a week on vacation. This is going to slow me down some and make eating right harder but if I can stay mostly flat in that time I'll be happy.

    De-pooped, mowed the yard, weedeated, two rounds with the push spreader all back to back and I feel like I ran 10 miles. I like the feeling of renewed progress, tho.

    Does anyone have experience or heard reviews for Factor 75? The food looks good in pictures but wondering how well it tastes. I have local places that do similar type of meals, but tbh having them show up to the door would be really nice.
