    How does this work? I’ve never done this.

    I’ve lost the weight I gained while the wife was pregnant and then about 20lbs. Holy shit Taco Bell was her craving and they happened to announce the Mexican Pizza was going away. I’m pretty sure my wife ate all of them in the greater Charlotte area.

    I’d like to keep going but not sure how involved this is. I need some sort of motivation to keep me shedding the weight.

    If anything else it's just a decent way to keep track weekly and be somewhat engaged with ppl doing the same thing.

    I was the opposite. I was actually at my normal low when out child was born then gained 60# in the first 6 months. Down 40 from Jan 1 and should be back to normal by his 1st birthday

    I had slowly gained some weight but my weight naturally fluctuates so much I didn't think much of it. Then right before the baby got here I saw myself in a picture and it was over. I'm down 40lbs now. All due to eating right, portion control and buying house(where I am constantly working on something in the yard, garage, etc).
    Thanks but I don't think I can keep up with it.

    Not as bad as it could have been considering the amount of gross (read: delicious) food I shoveled in over the weekend. Also drank beer (or any alcohol, for that matter) for the first time in a long time. Wife is now onboard and we emptied most of our junk food into the trash last night. Committing to a 2-week run of no food out.

    Started a new job a month ago and haven’t hit the gym in a couple weeks but with the new job I’m active as hell and doing a ton of lifting. Seems to be working so far. Could really kick it up a notch if I’d start eating better and drinking less on the weekends.

    If I get one more lift in this week, this will be the fourth straight week of 4 days of lifting per. My cardio has been non existent unfortunately other than some stairs. I want to increase my endurance, which is probably barely above zero. My goal was to get fit for Bonnaroo. But I can tell it's better than it was a month ago.

    I can already tell a difference in my arm definition.
    I have been doing a high rep bro split plan that I threw together just to get back in the habit of going. I think I am going to try this plan starting next week.

    I'm sure there are better plans, but this looks like it will fit me fine. And it isn't too far off from what I've been doing the last month.

    I know y'all have rode me for weighing every morning, but yesterday I hit my lowest 230.6. It does make you feel better about it all when the numbers come in right.

    I've had a good 3 week run of getting up at 6 and lifting then doing cardio circuits in the afternoon. Hoping to keep these up through at least the 4th and be close to 205 going into that weekend. Will achievey goal of back to 205 byu son's 1st birthday.

    Hoping to get to about 195 around August 1st, then probably slow down on weight loss and more body recomp at this point

    I'd like to end this around 195. Maybe 190

    I’ve made zero effort at losing weight so far. I’m on vacation next week, but I swear the diet starts after that.

    Been doing well with working out. Have been lifting the last couple weeks and I’m liking the way I feel after. Cardio still needs to improve as well as diet. Just trying to stay consistent with working out everyday.

    Do a variety of things. Jump rope, 20 sec on 10 off, with burpees and medicine ball slams every 3 minutes. Usually 20-25 minutes.

    Rounds of burpees, medicine ball slams, battle rope, box jumps, something else. Try to do 5 rounds for 25 min.

    Then have a landmine, so Barbell circuit of burpees, lung press, deadlifts, rotational ab stuff and, some pull/press stuff.

    Usually rotate between those 3. Mix in some other stuff. It's all either 30s on 30s off or 20s on 10s off

    I never realized how good jumping rope was as cardio

    Teach yourself how to do double unders and just do sets of those with a 15 second break every time you break a set for 15-20 minutes you'll get your heart rate way up and it works your shoulders a fair amount

    Most roadkill is pretty lean, and virtually carb-free. It’s the half eaten buns and leftover fries in the McDonald’s sacks that will get you.

    After spending three weeks remodeling at 7600' in a dry climate I came back to having dropped from 223 to 208. Probably mostly water weight but it's good to see the scale trending in the right direction for once.
