Ate good last week and my work pants were just noticeably looser by Friday; however, I went out to eat and drank both days this weekend and felt it today. Weighed in at 233.

We tried Hello Fresh for a bit when we started WW a few years ago and my wife decided she hated it because of what you're paying for a very small amount of fresh produce and meat, which is really cheap when you just buy it yourself (and she enjoys doing that). But I think it makes a lot of sense if you aren't a good cook with a wide variety of recipes or know how to buy groceries and you're not well stocked on things like spices. The meals are generally pretty healthy although they do usually have a starch and sauce component which is a little carb-heavy for what my diet goals were then and now.

Really weird week. Was down to 171.6 but now back up to 174, I’ve been at a calorie deficit but started taking creatine for lifting. Assuming i started holding extra water.
That'll do it. If you're starting a pretty heavy strength training program that you weren't doing before you may also be a couple pounds heavy for 2-3 weeks just from inflammation.
Went back to the same ppl routine but haven’t lifted in 6 months. First week was mainly walking and eating better then went back to lifting and boom 3 pounds even though I’ve been at a steady 300-500 calorie deficit with high protein.

My weight hasn’t budged but I’ve had a great week of weightlifting this week. Minimal cardio except walking around my neighborhood, but going to go on a hike this weekend. Feel great though, and being sober is helping
Time to get to work then. It's been 3 years. Do you want to be wore plumb the fuck out all weekend? I didn't think so.
Oh I feel ya. I don't want that. I've been eating better this week and have done a workout each day this week so far. Trying to get my water intake up as well.

I’ve had a pretty good first week. I bought some low carb tortillas and have been making turkey n cheese roll ups for lunch. Also getting up from my desk every hour or so and taking a lap around the office and the stairs down to the first floor and back up to the third floor. week 1 - 261
