208.8 this week. Barely any loss. I'll update later with weekly data but this one has been shameful. Still excited about the next couple months.

Hello, yes, I also ate like a complete asshole last night. It was worth it though. Time to snap back into it today.
Wk 4: 236.5 Still haven’t been able to get exercise back into my routine. Might be a challenge this week, but hopefully end of the week things will calm down and I can get back to a good balance.
I only had a banana and a protein drink up until 5pm, and also knocked out 60 minutes on the treadmill at 12% incline and 3.2 mph during that time. I only ate junk from 5pm to 10pm and ZERO alcohol. Still gained 5lbs. Don't worry, I've been on the toilet all day so I may bounce back.
Week 0: 213.4 Week 1: 211.0 Week 2: 209.8 Week 3: 207.7 Week 4: 207.4 Spoiler Also, I’ve been using the body fat measurement thing on my scale and it tells me that most of the weight I’ve lost has been water - basically that I’m down 1 lb of fat and 3 lbs of water. That’s disappointing- I hope it’s wrong.
2/16/22 - 181 Really I'm happy with that, spent 24 hours in the car for a long weekend trip, had a little fast food, a few extra Dr Peppers. Ate out entirely on our trip, so to still go down even a tad is a win in my book.
This week: 221.8 down about a lb every week, I’d like to have a good week and drop a couple but I’ll take it

248 even this morning. it’s been a really rough week with mardi gras king cakes, valentines day, super bowl, and work lunches.
Hit my first plateau since New Years. 217.3- up 1.4 pounds, but I had a really good week eating and working out and I feel good.
So I took a big poop. Haven’t ate or drank yet today. Decided to weigh in again for shits and giggles and would you look at that. I’m down. Spoiler
Same exact weight this week -- 208.8. Didn't do nearly the cardio I was planning to due to work obligations but I could've if I really wanted to. This week though, this upcoming week is the week! Yeah!
After popping back into the 230s mid week thanks to superbowl/vday/golf trip, I really got it together to end the week. Very happy with this.. 227.2
