297.4 up a couple from Disney.
Was talking to my wife about this. We’re not going to starve ourselves, but also figured it would be beneficial to both of us to split meals when we can. Portion-control. We have the dining plan for the four nights on-property and that really is a lot of food.
Down to 253 from 260.
I've basically stopped snacking and am now almost exclusively drinking water. Have 1 cup of black coffee each morning, maybe a smoothie once or twice a week, but otherwise I only drink water.
Been working out maybe like 15-30 minutes 5 times a week. There's an app called 30 Day Fitness I've been using that basically just serves as a reminder that I need to do something each day. Minimally I do one of the 15 minute things from there, but most of the time I probably put another 10-15 minutes on top of that workout. I've never been a super athletic or exercise intensive dude outside of some rec sports in college, so this is at least a more casual entry into things that I'm comfortable with and have been making more routine.
Hope everyone's doing well.
Heading to the gym to exercise and sit in the sauna before the weigh in
Love the “do something everyday” move.
241.6 I ate bad food this week but I ate small portions of bad food.
Back up 0.4 to 189.3
247 even for me, down 5 lbs total
Holy freaking crap
Just weighed myself. 170.7. I checked 3 times to make sure I was reading it right. Down 7.9 for the competition
I’m so happy I could cry. And drink a large bottle of Diet Coke he he
Have hit my active calories goal of 1100 in 28 of the last 30 days with most being well over. 1 I barely missed and the other I did absolutely nothing that day because of crazy glute soreness from deadlifts.
Not in this competition but felt like sharing. I need to quit drinking so much.
Best wishes to all of you
Keep up the good work man.
I got lucky in that I hate liquor. So I’ve been able to quit beer (for the most part) because of the carbs and have no cravings for mixed drinks
Very happy with my fitness, very angry that the more strides I make the more the night version of me feels he's allowed to drink heavily.
This is actually encouraging after attending a wedding this weekend:
Starting to slow down
Down another pound. Stuck hardcore to my diet this week and I’ll take it. Prob losing 1-2 lbs a week is most reasonable to me. Onward gentlemen.
I’m able to wear my skinny-fat work pants today with out having to leave the button unbuttoned. Look at me.
back down to 176.4
After a weekend of gluttony and trying all of the NY pizza spots, I am at 188.6. Guessing those 30,000 steps each day helped out majorly.
That’s awesome, nice work! What’s your goal weight?
Thanks. I’m not real sure. Ideally I would love to hit 139.9 but I’ll be very happy if I can get back into the 140s
I hope you’re 5’1”
devine , what did you wrestle? 112? 119? 125?
yeah in heels maybe lol
You would like that wouldn’t you lol
Did you fucking wreck shit with that length, Human-Spider? Damn. Or did you get taller after graduation?
Duck yeah he did
I was in the GOAT division in the GOAT state so not really
Ha didn’t even quote my post in time, Dummy McSlowstein.
At 105 I’m assuming you were woman’s TV champion.
296.0. No big drop.
Try to keep it light this week guys, you know we’re all gonna overdo it on sunday
Good first 2 workouts this week. Trying to get back again tonight for another hour since I know Sunday is going to be rough
60 mins on treadmill burning 816 calories
50 mins on treadmill burning 805 calories
I should actually be okay Sunday. No plans for the game at the moment.
Last Sunday was a different story.
Yeah I need to do better this week. I know I’m going out Saturday night with friends but should be fine for Sunday.
My gym routine this weekend was awful. Just got in a mood and didn’t do too much. Going back tonight thought after work and tomorrow before work. I imagine it’ll be a little slow with the ungodly cold rolling through.
I am triggered AF by all you guys killing it in the gym. The swelling in my knee is finally mostly gone but still having some soreness and discomfort, especially when going up and down stairs. Trying to let it fully heal.
I’m fucking itching to get back at it full speed.
Didn’t lose anything while I was mostly laid up last week but not all that worries about it.
Does your gym have a pool I feel like that’s always a good place when people are rehabbing an injury
No, I work out at the gym we have in our office and at my apartment so my options are limited.
Wishing that one of the two had an arm bike or something.
I know those feels. My tendinitis in my knee acts up at times that even when I’m just on the bike I can feel things shift/grind in my knee. It doesn’t hurt too much but it still gives me a slight scare when it happens.
It is fine when I walk/jog so going to do a 15 min warmup on the treadmill tonight before doing shoulder workouts.
At the very least I know I can do some weight training that won’t affect my knee at all.
your apartment has a pool tho i don’t see the issue
A pool that gets all of 3 foot deep and isn't currently open. Thanks for your expert advice.
