As much as the 28-31 range has been for me health wise, I imagine the 40s are just going to be pure hell.
I banged my funny bone in the bathroom at work, recoiled in pain and pulled my hip flexor. Good times.
I've developed a new painful activity over the last few months. It's called getting in the car. I fucked up my right hip doing something innocuous ( like making a sandwich...really it could have been anything) and aggravate it every time I forget that it's sensitive.
My wife offers to make me tea every day when she gets home from work. And I say yes. Fuckin' tea...you believe this shit?
I have weak hip flexors from years of soccer. If I add weight or run regularly they go. Not running makes it harder to keep the weight down. Also, I love beer. Having an Oberon right now.
Who doesn't appreciate a nice cup of tea with honey to end the day? If you use sugar you're a heathen and I can't deal with you.
I have a bad back, shitty knees, and I blew out my shoulder last month changing a lightbulb in the garage. I'm 38, where do I apply for early admittance?
Im 37 but I feel like Im 40 because my back hurts all the time and I get angry if I dont eat dinner by 5. can I be granted an exception to this thread?
Will be 46 on the 13th. Trying to lose weight, knees are for shit from football and martial arts and I sleep with a CPAP machine. Wife loves when I roll over with my mask on asking if she would like to "buzz the tower".
