My game started dropping last night while I played. Struggled with connection. Did it again this morning. So I re-installed the game, and bought a signal booster for my sun room.
Predicament: sell extra legends or not? I know the collections will need to be done later for them, but as of right now everything is collected but live series. do I sell the extras to complete the live series?
Koogs and Kyle both switched to Xbox. Intersting they both did it at the same time. No idea if they got paid or if it's legit better but it's interesting.
yeaaaa except if they use pinpoint pitching it's a terrible idea because to my knowledge the firmware for next gen xbox controllers still makes PP pitching glitchy. lots about it on the internet and the only fix was to "downgrade your controller firmware" which isn't an option for next gen apparently
yea if i had to imagine you could fix the problem with a 3rd party controller which I'm sure streamers don't mind dropping ~$200 on in addition to a next gen console price but for the average joe player, switching from PS5 to XBX for this game is a bad idea
Oh yea, no chance I do that. Was just interesting that some are saying a Sony game is running better on Xbox.
I had this issue and read switching back to the Xbox One controller would work and it did. Not ideal but better than spending money on a different controller.
Im a fan of the supercharged cards but doing it to the entire Mets staff was dumb af. Everyone online had an entire bullpen of 120 h/9 guys. Megill has 125, the PCI is a raisin. So stupid. Supercharge him, fine, but not 125 right now when contact ratings are low across the board. Just faced Megill, Lugo, Joely Roriguez, and Diaz all in one game. It must have ended bc they aren't showing supercharged now but they were for my last game. All had 120+ h9 smh.
They should boost them without insane h/9 imo. I get that it's a no hitter but 125 h/9 right now is stupid.
This year in Events they have a rewind pack which is nice. If you did not complete an event you get your choice of past rewards. Moon shot broke me so it gave me the chance to get that Salmon. Edit: This Event is the first time I have seen it. There are two chances to get the pack. I got Boggs and Bench, games go quickly so I think I am shooting for that 20 bundle.
And some dickhead is freezing me off in Events. Little does he know the tire fell off my mower Saturday and it just got fixed. Going to think about how Bryce just ripped a triple of Rob Dibble for the lead while I mow.
I completed that event last Saturday. I was on my grind big time. I sold both Boggs and Bench, and I sold both rewind cards. I’m about halfway to Trout to finish the live series.
God damn! You must have been absolutely raking! I did pull a Bryce today out of the HL packs I got from the path. Currently sitting at 177K, have about 40 I can sell off when the time comes or after the Event. Also that XP for wins is nice as well. Still need quite a bit more than Trout though.
I have basically half the live series collection done, but I have the NL West (Tatis), NL East (deGrom and Acuna), and the AL East (Vlad Jr.) left to go so it's an uphill climb for sure right now. Need something to drive those prices back down as the high diamonds feel like they're all pushing 200K already. Really haven't had a ton of motivation to play online this year so I haven't earned any event rewards and was only 4-0 in ranked seasons and finished at like 250.
Hader just had to get boosted a little more. I was approaching his 23k price tag to finish the Brewers but after the update he’s more like 45k. Oh well. New conquest, which is where I live a lot, one of the hidden packs gave me a Salvador Perez so I’m finishing up the Royals I guess.
The new ranked rewards are meh at best. Kershaw is trash. 86 h/9? Castillo looks like a solid option.
Kershaw is like BP, no idea why they don’t make his slider and curve break more. He’s only a hall of famer because of it.
Sure but 86 is still low for a world series reward imo. He's not usable and is just a breakout card, which there are many of to get for collections. At least Willis was a milestone card so he has collection value. Kershaw just don't offer much value at for one of the bigger rewards. BR and Ranked should always have solid rewards and he's just not.
I mean Keuchel is better and he's just the Astros collection reward. A lot of the gold prospect cards have higher h/9. 81 overall Newhouser has higher h/9 lol.
Feeling great about the squad early. Completed NL West tonight. Have also completed NL Central. Rotation needs work but very happy with the bullpen now: Postseason Price, FoF Chapman, FoF Clase, All Star Jensen, Iglesias, Hader, All Star Nathan, All Star Lee Smith. Feels wasteful having so many good cards unused now though from FoF since I had a bunch of OFs but now have MVP Gibson and All Star Gwynn. Going with Robert for now and Acuña on the bench but Haniger and Bellinger unused. Don’t love Kelly so working towards Prospect Rutschman
In this game, it's by far the biggest one. Velocity and pitch mix after that. Hr/9 and bb/9 don't mean anything. H/9 directly affects the PCI so that's massive.
I got up to about 260 innings of rs. I would have to basically ignore all the other content to just hit 400 innings
Every other reward is attainable with a little grit and grind. But there just isn’t enough time in the day to do rs and everything else

Well that's a new lame way to lose. He was 10 foot off 1b so I tried to pick him off. Instead of his runners going back, they all took off to the next base. He confirmed he didn't do it, they just did it. They even took off bc I even started my pick off. I hit L2/circle, pitcher paused, they took off, then he threw to 1b. Run scores, game over. I had it work in my favor one time last year with a man on 2b, he took 3rd on a similar slow pickoff at 2b. Only other time I've seen it.
350 innings played for this seasons WS reward. Still think that’s a tad bid high compared to the other rewards
Some player overalls just flat out lie. Blake Treinen 100 h/9 91 control 99 velocity 99 break Sinker Slider Cutter 4 seam K/9 and bb/9 are low but they mean nothing. He's way better than a lot of high 80s and and even a few low 90s relievers. Compare him to someone like Eckersley bc his overall is bloated with high k/9 and pclt, both worthless.
Massive boosts. +52 Con R, +20 Con L, +30 Pow R, +20 Pow L, + 65 CLT. Makes him: 110, 86, 115, 78, 125. Very nice
POTM predictions? Seems like a lot of guys that should get it won't bc they aready have high rated cards. Trout and Jram specifically. Gomes predicted Rodon or Hosmer.
Yea he'll be in a lot of online lineups but I'm cool with that. It's just one batter. I just don't like the supercharged pitchers that can dominate a game by themselves.
I do and have checked it in there but this time it actually popped up in game and showed there but took a couple minutes to show in the app
But yeah I suppose most in here probably have the app with notifications for that and don’t need the reminder
