I wanted the Nordics bad. Something is up with my SNKRs App. Anyone else having issues with it? The last month or so I get in line, but it always says "something went wrong try again" when i look to close out the app and get back in it.
The captcha screwed up for me. It asked me if the cereal was good and I typed in yes but it made me do it 4 times and then do pics of bikes before it let me through. Go through shipping and entered card and normally it processes but this time I got oos.
Does it annoy anyone else when they allow shoes with twisted laces in photoshoots? I mean damn, you are literally there to take pics of shoes. Takes 3 minutes to lace them. https://sneakernews.com/2020/12/07/obj-xbox-nike-air-force-1-power-your-dreams-release-info/
Theyre Forces so they probably didnt care. Just like "throw these on and let me get a couple pics before you toss them in the dumpster". Spoiler but yeah im kind of the same if it really stands out like it does in that pic. most of the time I dont notice unless its really bad.
Check out the I-5923 'Chalk Pearl' on GOAT https://goat.app.link/kQg1ocph3bb The exact color way posted appears to be men’s and goes down to m8/w9. The link above is a women’s in a similar color way. GOAT has an 8 in stock, but I couldn’t tell if it’s a women’s 8. It’s listed as a women’s shoe. You want a men’s 7. There is a used 7. Again, hard to tell at a glance if they change sizing based on the listed shoe gender.
Related story: I was a professional googler for a while. When I worked for Zappos one of the roles I held was working the Ask Zappos feature. Basically people did exactly what Crepeswithasmile did above. Sent screenshots from Pinterest or photos they took or whatever to us and we looked for the items. Probably 75% of the time the item was custom, unavailable, or just flat out not real. In those cases we sent links to comparable items. We also we’re supposed to suggest 2-3 coordinating items, with at least one tie-back to our site. I actually won an industry award for one of these. The customer was looking for some bird pattern shirt or something that didn’t exist. I found a shirt, bag, a pendant or something, and needed one more thing. I remembered we had stance nba legends printed socks so I added Larry bird socks to the end of the post for shits and giggles. It was a smash hit. Probably my professional opus.
I got a nice email from Nike today saying it is my Nike anniversary. Then they promptly gave me the middle finger on the Balvin’s.
