I lost out on the psg 4s because I waited too long to ask dbl if he was interested in selling them. Just letting him know I’m interested. Like I said I’m will to go up to about 350.
I understand. It’s off-putting to me when 15 mins after a big drop you immediately want them for under secondary retail. You did it to me 2 weeks ago with the bio hack restock. This thread is great and everyone wants to help each other when reasonably possible, but posting W’s in here isn’t code for we are going to give em away here. Obviously sometimes that’s what happens and that’s great. It seems tacky when that’s the immediate response, especially when a guy hasn’t previously posted that he’s trying to help another poster get a pair. Just my opinion.
Huh? Again I was willing to pay double the price of the shoe. If I can get them for around that price I’ll buy them if not I won’t. I’m not trying to upset anyone. These are shoes I really wanted. So I simply asked a question. He said he is keeping them so the issue is done. As with the bio hacks again I just asked. I didn’t think simply asking if you were interested in selling them was a big deal. They are going for about 240 on goat with fees your making about 30 bucks so it’s not like I was asking a a huge thing. It’s how I got my banned Mids and a pair of 350. I’m not trying to get over on anyone and I’ve done it (according to you twice). I ask a question person says yes or no and I move on. I emailed them. They now use hyper wallet for pay outs which if you use a Visa or MasterCard, that’s subjected to a fee anywhere from 1.95 to 9.95 based on the transaction. More fees. Yay.

I’ve had/have a lot of Japanese denim. Have always preferred the American stuff personally. RRL, Rag & Bone for lighter selvedge (wearing rb11 right now), etc. samurai, pbj, sugar cane, etc just hangs in the closet.

Levi’s has some upper end stuff but I like stuff people around here won’t have. I don’t think there’s a good denim store in my entire state. Might just wait until I’m back in NC and get a pair from Raleigh Denim Workshop. They seem to make good stuff
Have followed them for awhile but never tried. The one store I know of in town that carried them closed
I’ve almost pulled the trigger several times but at the $300+ price point I prefer to try it on first as I don’t like the hassle of returning something. I’m going to try to make it up there soon. I like how most of their stuff is ultra limited and seems to be highly detailed and extremely well made

Yea they pulled all pairs from stores and did a raffle to raise money for Houston. I was told I wouldn't get a pair. I think I just got lucky.
