picked up the 9.5 for retail. But looking for an 11 12. How much would you sell the 11’s for?
The 11 low from today? Keeping those for sure bc G has a pair too.
They are fantastic. Upper is super stretchy, more so than any of the flyknit. Just a very comfortable shoe.
I’m interested in your 9.5
Ok I’ll dM you
Sounds good lmk
Hope the footlocker & champs that was closed today has them when they open monday
Also did anyone grab the Jordan 6 Retro Hare?
Ordered some Heffe Luxx deluxe insoles for my hiking boots. It would be super nice if they actually add a boost-like ride.
That’s Simon Templar ‘s kid
Several of the fake companies send their shoes with stockx tags
Smart. Adds some backstory and at-a-glance legitimacy.
who wears the tag? Fucking youths.
im sure this was asked before so I apologize, but have you ever worn UBs?
Yeah, I saw a video where they ordered a bunch of fakes off wish or one of those and most came with an “authentication” tag of some sort.
I can answer for him. No, and never will. Why? No good reason.
I get it, brand loyalty and what not I guess.
I just don't do brand loyalty with sneakers, I care about pure comfort.
I think my UBs and my Ugg slippers tie for most comfortable thing I’ve put on my feet.
everyone should try them. I need to buy my parents pairs.
Tried a pair on. Good shoe.
It's not really brand loyalty, I do ASICS and New Balance. I just don't do Adidas. Just never have.
so anti-brand loyalty
They do it so that the person buying from them can sell them to poor schmuck as authentic bc "They came from StockX!"
I only ask that bc I had a friend recommend fly knit epic reacts or whatever they are and I felt like they were dogshit compared to UB's prime knit
so I was curious how the new knit was for nike
im gonna start a stockx site for stockx coins/tags
Im trying to figure out why someone needed to go to StockX for them What the IV's.
Basically. I read something as a kid about them being owned by Adolf in Germany and just never fucked with them.
This is way different than any of the Nike flyknits. I've had ER, am1 flyknit, am90 flyknit, etc. This one is way thicker and much more stretchy. Hard to explain until you have it on foot.
An Adolf not the Adolf. He also sought out Jessie Owens to wear his shoe.
He was also part of the Nazi party.
well yeah there is that.
Iirc the issues began between the brothers at the end of the war and they were basically pointing fingers at each other after being arrested by US forces. Eventually they split the Dassler company into Adidas and Puma.
But y'all enjoy your Nazi stripes.
as a jew, ill enjoy the cushions
tried to get my mom to get matching UBs with me and it failed
Haha. I need to sell mine on her and her granddaughter getting matching shoes. The whole family would end up with closets full of boosts.
So youve had a lifelong selective Adidas boycott because you thought Adidas was owned by Hitler?
No, I knew it wasn't Hitler. But an Adolf in Germany that was a Nazi.
Rudolf was more of a nazi than Adi.....
100%. Adi was basically a Nazi because it was 'become a Nazi or die'.
not to mention Phil Knight still to this day probably uses slave labor
Speaking of, Im sure thats about to get 100% worse after they came out with that $790 million loss. Gonna start laying off people in the states and start giving out nickles instead of dimes to the factory kids.
Adidas uses that same labor.
That totally clears Nike
Annnnnnnd 48 hr ignore starts .... now
Didn't Adidas say they'd be 40% down too? None of them are immune to their distribution network being shut down.
Interested to see how this changes things. Nike wanted to get to 30% of their business through their website by like 2025 or something like that. They hit that last quarter, way ahead of schedule, but obviously for the wrong reasons. Online should be more profitable bc they aren't selling at 60% of retail but then they have to pay for all of the shipping and returns and all of that adds up.
Didn't say it did. Just saying its a weird thing to bring up when both companies do it.
It isn’t weird when you are acting like you don’t wear Adidas over moral issues...
Doesnt bother me though because I dont hold either company in any higher regard than the other.
I don't wear Adidas bc I haven't worn Adidas since I was a kid. Why do you or anyone else care? I don't care what you wear.
