I know that. I’ve just never seen a made in China sticker like the kind found in a cheap plastic toy before
was on it. I should have taken a pic but she tossed it. Also has a sticker on the box with hand written numbers that looks suspect
On what? The insole? Outside of shoe? I've seen "made in" stickers under the insole and inside boxes. Only stickers I've seen on the top of an insole is a size sticker or a "this product has animal hair" for shoes with horse/cow hair on them. Handwritten stickers inside box isn't something to worry about, I've even had some numbers written inside the box on the cardboard. A sticker on the top of the insole would concern me but the rest isn't anything to worry about. Still could be fake, just saying those specific things aren't unusual.
Hard to tell much from thr stockx location but a made in China sticker on a pair made I'm Vietnam is definitely suspect.
Wife left hospital & now working in a boutique Med-Spa as an injector... her sneaker game has leveled up substantially since.
We the same. My wife is master level everything injector now. If your wife just started all the injection stuff tell her to go to every training possible and head down to Miami when possible for 1 on 1 training with the people down there. Can slap Master level on her business card real fast. She said probably 25% of the conversations she has with women during procedures are about her sneakers at this point. Of course, all the women coming in are usually wearing GGs.
Congrats! Keep the wifey happy... she's our "retirement plan". I've been paying for her to go train all over the country for the last few years... got in with top injector in NE Florida, about 8-9 months ago & has been working with her part-time since training 1 on 1. Just been waiting for the non-compete to expire, at the end of January. Grand Opening was last week & she's now rocking & rolling.
Nice! Yeah I've told my wife she can never retire at this point. Botox, filler, Kybella, laser treatments. It's like printing money in South Tampa.
A lot of them look awful. My wife has a black low cut pair that actually look good. She has a pink pair as well that are ehhhhh. I'm pretty sure 20 year old women go from Pandas to GG once they hit 30.
Her spa is the 1st to get the newer "botox" that lasts twice as long & has an exclusive for the first few months. They are fucking killing it.
I had my sister going on the right path with sneakers and she has since strayed and bought about thirty pairs of gg and ugly designer sneakers. I get sent options and asked to help pick and they’re all so awful. Below is my niece in her first day of school pic. 11 years old wearing gg and my sister will say dunks and Jordans are too expensive for her age somehow.
Golden Goose. Outrageously expensive for what looks like sneakers than originally came from Payless and a homeless person wore them around for a few weeks.
Holy shit just looked at their website ! Those are fucking awful and the prices ! My Lord ! Absolutely shocking
I like the ball stars the best. My wife has these which I don't hate. She has the same ones in white and pink as well. Spoiler
Got my wife GGs for Mother’s Day last year. Her joy with them was enough for her to ignore me grabbing 5 pairs of Jordan’s this past Christmas.
I don't get it either but 30-50 year old women can't get enough of them. Of course there are plenty of people that think they're ugly but would walk around in plenty of the ugliest looking Yeezys with no problem.
Trying to figure out the best way to flip my a ma maniere 4's. Is stock x/goat the way to go? Or should I try and go to a local shop and see what they offer.
I prefer stockx but honestly, with just 1 pair, just take the highest offer on either site. I don't fuck with local resell shops so idk about that.
Check what the payout is from stockx and then go to the local shop and see what theyre offering. Most shops if theyre legit will come pretty close to the stockx payout and sometimes will even beat it. Worst case is theyre too far off and you just sell on stockx anyway.
I met and hung with SGA when he was in high school. He played for a small private school with this cousin Nikeil Alexander-Walker in Chattanooga. Super nice and down to earth dude. They played Oak Hill his senior year here locally and still lost by 20.
