I saw it on his page and thought he was giving me a shoutout. Nah, just ripped my shit and changed the wording.
got back into it after a week and a half off and being lazy. I bunched 2 workouts together to play catch up and make my self sore af Squats 3-215 3-215 3-215 5-215 3-225 Bench 10-135 8-165 6-185 4-215 2-225 4-245 Deadlift 3-225 2-245 1-275 Push Press 3-135 2-165 1-185 Gonna join Capital City Barbell in January so I can start Olympic lifting again
If you want to hit some quads without overtaxing your CNS or you just hate yourself, I can’t recommend tempo high Bar squats with a 3:0:1 count enough.
Which lifts were you strongest in? Would adjust volume accordingly to be heavier on stuff you liked and maybe was into the other stuff, but either way squat and just embrace that ache afterwards that will make you want to quit
I was literally the strongest man alive. Squats and deads tho, but my knee is fucked. Hopefully rebuilding my quads will east the pain.
Been looking at the sizing for the STrong and SBDs. Kinda confusing. Do you go with “competition fit” for regular training?
If you’re not competing and just using them for normal squatting in training I’d go with regular fit. Competition fit can get tight. It’s not comfortable for me to sit down and bend my knees when I have mine on
I went competition fit if I remember correctly and at glad I did. The thing I really like about the SBDs is that they’re quite a bit longer than rehbands.
Need prayers. I haven't lifted since August. I plan on lifting again Monday and stop being a worthless human and pushing weight again. I will be sore. Really really sore.
Apparently it’s a Saturday full of freaks. Here’s Dennis Cornelius squatting 903 @275lbs bodyweight. Unreal.
Shut up and just buy one of these: https://generalleathercraft.com/product/double-sided-suede-power-lifting-belt-by-pioneer/
Dumbbell floor presses, good exercise or dumb? Seems dangerous to get up to a weight heavy enough to be in the 6-8 rep range.
