1st session with knee sleeves

My knees feel like I'm wrapped up in a blanket in front of a roaring fire. They've never warmed up so quickly.

I think there are two factors:

1. Deadlifting is form intensive, and injuries certainly can occur if you’re slacking
2. Muscle soreness in your lower back is easy to perceive as “back pain,” whereas it’s not that different from soreness in any other large muscle in your body

 

Also been dealing with my left glute being tight as shit. I need a hot tub and a massage therapist on call lol.

 

It’s crazy how little I have when I’m lifting a day after not eating well. Had a good breakfast yesterday, but ate minimally for the rest of the day.
