to increase push up total do push ups. I started being able to do 20 and got up to 100 straight with out stopping. by just trying to increase a little bit each time 3x a week

This is very broad advice since I don’t know anything about your training, injury history, etc, but most everyone can handle 2x frequency. Your upper body can handle a ton of volume so maybe each day do a main lift then a supplementary then plenty of accessories Ex: Day 1 - Bench 5/3/1, Close Grip for some volume, then pound your triceps and upper back. Day 2 - Incline Bench 5/3/1, flat DB bench for volume, then more triceps/shoulders/back
Plus Juan. Also it helps to vary the type of pushups. Do standard, wide, narrow, olympics, etc...then move onto one-handers, clappers, etc...as you get better at them.

Wraps are totally different than sleeves in what they do. Sleeves offer warmth and slight compression. Wraps restrict the fuck out of you and let you lift the most weight. And yes, sleeves are repulsively smelly. Do you have the Stoic ones from Amazon? Can’t remember.
The smell is why I feel like dropping 60-80 seems dumb. In 8 months my cheap Amazon ones are worn out, but smell like butt. If I drop 4x that, are they Kurt gonna hold up but smell like ass anyways and need replacing?
