Yea that’s what it looks like. It’s one thing to damage equipment but to put other people at risk is the shittiest move when lifting
Do not agree. I had a 25lb plate drop off a racked weight onto my big toe. It shattered and flattened my big toe and 4 years later it still isn't normal. If that dude's hand/arm/fingers/leg or something got caught under that weight you would've needed to amputate it.
Laughed at this one from the same account. Apparently the first guy just needed to ratchet strap the bar to the top of the rack:
@gymratsdoingthings is a good insta follow for laughs btw. However, I think the account is private, so they won't show up here.
Yeah she fucked it up. It's still funny though. The ratchet straps make me laugh, but it's a good thing he had them.
I just went down a @gymfuckery rabbit hole at work and I'm dying and can't work for the rest of the day.
This has me triggered more than the others. Elbow wraps AND a slingshot and you’re not putting your elbows in flexion. THATS THE WHOLE GOD DAMN REASON OF THOSE 2 IMPLEMENTS.
TRT doses *should* be low enough to where normal test side effects won’t occur, I think. Hair loss isn’t a problem unless you’re predisposed. Acne should be fine, but keep your e2 is covered. NOT a doctor so this is just one guys observation. Never taken any either.
Most common side effect to my knowledge is your balls shrinking/hardening. A urologist will likely advise you that it’s a one way road: once you start, your balls just won’t make their own anymore.
I’ve had friends that have done 3mo on, 3mo off and have gotten off of test injections. Ymmv, see dealer for details.
I’m not interested in body builder quantity injections, just a reasonable amount to get some energy back and take my training to the next level.
Just sitting here eating my egg white omelette, drinking coffee, and watching Pumping Iron. Ready to hit the gym. And do steroids. Lots of steroids.
Try to limit my fats to better sources like nuts and avocados. I usually go with four egg whites, then the fifth egg I add just a touch of the yolk to bind and make it a little easier to cook with. Plus I had a slice of bacon.
Egg whites are just so incredibly efficient at delivering protein without excessive carbs, calories, or fat. I enjoy that one slice of bacon significantly more than the impact of any additional egg yolks.
Have you been diagnosed by a doctor or is this a "I'm getting older and weaker so it.muet be low T, need help" thing. Aren't you in your 20s or at most low 30s?
I threw my scale in the trash. Been making progress on pretty much everything including bodyweight stuff but weight is going up and fucks with my head so figure I should just quit weighing myself.
Decided that it's the time in life to go with hook grip, have watched about 30 minutes of youtubes. Any suggestions for a complete newbie? Have no doubt it will hurt early on.
There's a certain type of bandage wrap that is flexible and self-adhesive that people will wrap around their thumbs for some padding/relief. I never planned to compete so I decided to use that instead of dealing with the thumb pain
Just squatted 3 sets of 10 @ 300# Most I've ever done for 10. 70% of max. Holy shit that beat me the fuck up. Wrecked my nervous system and struggling through the rest of my workout
I ate half a fried chicken from Hattie B's and some peach cobbler, so unfortunately no. Just in the current mindset of "It's OK, fat boy. You're getting stronger"
